[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really awesome play kitchen! My kids absolutely love it and it adds a nice touch to the look of their play room. This took about an hour to set up and the instructions were really clear. This is fun for any age my older kids enjoy playing with it as well as my 3 year old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little guy loves this kitchen set! (Yes it's for boys too) . It's exactly as described...mint blue. Made from mostly wood but its not heavy so you dont have to worry about it falling and hurting your little ones. It has a chalkboard on the front so he can write what he wants to on it. It comes with a stainless steel sink so it's nice to let him use real water in it once in awhile to up the fun and the wood around the sink doesnt get wrecked from this either. The front of the microwave and the oven is a clear plastic piece.

The materials are great quality and it is very solid. My son's favorite part of the kitchen is the cup with the ice cubes.

She is on this kick right now that she works at a restaurant so this kitchen play set was a definite must have. My husband put it together with minimal difficulty, it did take him a bit however with a four year old helper :) I absolutely love the mint color, so much better than just plain white. There are so many things to do with this play set. She starts playing and can play for long periods of time and still not get to play with everything! If you have an imaginative little one in your house then this is most definitely for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a really cute play kitchen. It took a few hours to put together but it was easy to do. The instructions were pretty clear and had pictures as well that helped. I didnt have much issues putting it together. The hinges were a little hard to put together on my own. I did end up having to get my husband to help hold a couple of doors in place as I screwed in the hinges. But that was towards the end. It came with a play phone, a cup and ice cubes as well with the kitchen. I really liked the color of the kitchen. The wood feels really sturdy. And the play kitchen itself feels really sturdy once its together. I was really surprised with the sink. Its metal and it feels like a real sink. The fridge door has a chalkboard on it that I thought was a nice touch as well. My daughter loves this play kitchen. She has enough space to put all her kitchen toys. She really likes putting the ice in the ice maker on the fridge door and pretdending shes making a drink. She also loves drawing on the chalkboard. I think this kitchen is great for the imagination. I would definetly recommend it if youre looking for a sturdy play kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves her new play kitchen. It's just as cute in person as it is online. I love that the burners are raised, and the knobs turn. It makes it a more realistic experience for my daughter. She loves the sound the knobs make. She also loves playing with the ice maker. she seriously spent a solid 15 minutes on that alone. The kitchen seems very durable so far. My daughter has been a little rough with it, slamming doors and climbing it. It's held up perfectly to her abuse. I do think that a super rough older child could cause damage to certain points (the plastic clips that hold the door closed, the plastic film over the oven, possibly removing the knobs), but otherwise it's a sturdy piece. Assembly was easy. It took me about 80 minutes from unboxing to finish, working alone. I think I could have finished faster with someone to hold pieces in place for me. The instructions are picture based, and I could see having trouble with them if you have vision problems. There was a video available online, though. Assembly can be completed with just a Phillips head screwdriver, but I recommend having a drill as well to speed it up. A pair of scissors is also handy, as some of the parts are wrapped in tape. The only "difficult" part of assembly was holding the doors in place was screwing them in. My kitchen came with one piece that had misaligned holes for the pegs. Fortunately the screw pilot hole was aligned properly, so it ended up being a non issue. The finished product was sufficiently sturdy. My one real complaint is that this doesn't come with a safety strap of any sort. That seems like a major oversight for a product meant for small children. My daughter attempted to pull it over within minutes of me finishing it. I had a spare strap available, but had to drill my own holes. It would have been easy for them to include.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my daughter and was super excited when it finally got here but when we opened it and put it together I was really disappointed. The only thing it’s really got going for it is that it’s really cute when put together. It’s not very good quality at all. One of the ice cubes that came with it was dirty and scraped up on one side and had dirty sticker residue on the other. Clearly not new, there is also scrapes on the wood, and one piece was bowed a little. Some of the screws that were already screwed into one of the pieces just fell out on their own as well. It’s cute but not something I wouldn't recommend buying if you want it to last and a good quality product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knowing that my niece was getting a little too old to enjoy it. My two youngest nephews are still in the age range where they are interested in stuff like playing pretend. That said, I was entirely wrong. 4/5 kids who run around my house are in love with it. The exception is a 13 year old boy so that was to be expected. The kitchen itself arrives in pieces in a rectangular box. The instructions are simple and you don't need more than a screwdriver to put it together. It's easy to do, really straightforward. Some of the screws, namely the ones that hold the hinges, are really tiny so maybe use a magnetic screwdriver cause putting it together wasn't any problem for me save holding onto those tiny screws. It's made entirely of wood save the see through bits on the oven and microwave which are instead a plastic material. It comes with a phone and a cup with two ice cubes that fit into the top of the little ice maker so your kiddo can dispense their own fake ice. The sink comes out entirely as well so you can give it a rinse if the little ones get too creative. Overall it's a sturdy little kitchen that I much prefer to other fully plastic models. The kids love it. My youngest nephew has made easily four dozen pretend pepperoni pizzas while fielding phone calls from various pretend people. My only complaint is that, while packaged well, there were a few imperfections. What I initially thought was dirt on the fridge door beneath the chalkboard seems to instead be some kind of paint or stain that isn't supposed to be there. There's another inside the cabinet and one of the clock hands has a small chip. I don't think this was intentional nor does it really matter in the long run. It didn't make it any less fun for the kids. Great product for kids that like to play pretend.

All the pieces and hardware were labeled and the instructions were simple to follow. It arrived on my son’s birthday, and he was so excited! His favorite part is the ice maker that really dispenses ice!

Took way longer for me to put together due my daughter trying to help. I didn't give five stars due to some minor paint imperfections and some dings in wood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Retro Play Kitchen for my 2.5 year old Daughter. It was relatively easy for us to assemble. She absolutely loves it, it is the perfect size for her and doesn't take up too much room. It has so many different features that keep her occupied for a good while.

It came packaged well;everything was rapped well,with the screws,dowels, bolts,etc, packaged in a separate package within the box. My husband assembled it and had no problems at all. We LOVE the mint green color. It is so nice looking that we placed it in our kitchen. Our kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen,so we have lots of room in there,and we placed this in there so our daughters could 'cook' when we cook.They love the blackboard,phone,thermometer,ice maker,clock, fridge, stove, microwave,and most of all, the sink. I fill it with a bit of water so they can 'do dishes'. Technology is great,but there is nothing like creative,hands-on playtime,especially playtime that engages children in lots of conversation and imagination. This is a toy they will enjoy for years,and one they can pass down to their own children,one day.
