A: The shelf life of Mission® products varies depending on their formulation and storage conditions. The following is the typical shelf life of Mission® Flour Tortillas stored at ambient temperature (unopened package): 6 – 45 days. The tortillas can be left at ambient temperature and should be good until the date printed on the package. It is okay to freeze tortillas. It is very important that you let them thaw in the refrigerator for a day or two before using them. Tortillas should not be thawed in the microwave.

I love Mission flour tortillas. They get a five star rating. The problem is I ordered two packages through shipping from Target and one package was expired prior to its delivery to my home. Not happy that Target can’t ship items that are not expired.

The texture of the tortillas is amazing. It never feels or tastes stale. Unlike some of the other packaging, I have gotten stale tortillas. It is very easy to use and has many purposes. When my kids want a wrap or something similar to that, they can either heat it up on the stove or micorave them.

I've been buyng these for years - but lately started feeling sick after eating these and my family felt the same also. I don't know how long Mission has been putting unhealthy ingredients like "Interesterified And Hydrogenated Soybean Oils" in their tortillas which "promotes weight gain, impaired glucose tolerance and increased liver cellular stress markers".......I mean - do we really need unhealthy ingredients in our tortillas? I looked for another NON GMO brand that does NOT have those unhealthy ingredients in them.

We love these tortillas for tacos, fajitas, etc. The reason I took off a star is each tortilla can vary significantly in size. it’s not ridiculous like one is twice the size, but enough that it can be annoying to make quesadillas and you want to use equal size tortillas. If you don’t care about that, go ahead bump this up to 5 stars in your mind.
