When our ice was tasting a little off, I just picked out the correct filter, put it in and that was it! Perfect crystal clear water. So easy to install, and this one seems to last longer than most of the others. Perfect.

But changing the filter gets forgotten, and the taste starts to change. After awhile we remember it's past the prime time to change the filter and we get that crisp clean taste back.

I found the Mist Ultra Clarity replacement filter and decided to give it a try versus the manufacture filter replacement. The filter was very easy to install and went in without any issues. After using for a week or so, there has not been any issues with the water flow and the water tastes like the fridge is brand new again!

After changing I have to admit that I could not tell any difference from the previous one. Before changing I poured a glass of water and let settle and then compared to the new glass of water that I poured after replacing and also flushing out new filter for a few minutes. The water clarity was the same and also neither I nor my wife and kids could tell any difference from old filter. However, we also compared this to regular tap water and could definitely tell a difference. The filtered water was definitely more clear and also taste much better. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of a water filter.

But i tried it anyways. Unfortunately, It did not fit. However, it appears to be good quality and I'm sure it can do its job that it's intended for. I'm just sad i haven't gotten to use it yet.

They screw in so easy into the filter location in the fridge. I have struggled with some brands that just don't want to tighten and leak. I can even tell a slight difference in the taste of the water. Very refreshing!
