Q: Can you use this when creating a collage on a coffee table? I know I need glue for the photos to go on the table but it says I need 'casting resin.' Is this the same - to seal it off? Thank you!
A: Unfortunately, no. This is not a casting resin.

Q: Can I use this to attach a picture on a piece of glass or will it leave streak marks behind
A: Yes, you may use Mod Podge Hard Coat to glue a paper image to glass. The product dries clear. Smooth application will reduce the appearance of streaks.

A: Unfortunately,no. We do not recommend this application.

Q: Is it food safe? Example using it on something that would hold silverware, or a table top?
A: Unfortunately, no. Mod Podge products are not food safe and should not be applied to surfaces that will come into contact with food or the mouth.

Q: Can you use this to seal styrofoam before spray painting. To prevent it from dissolving.
A: Unfortunately, no. Mod Podge is not recommended for this application.

Q: Is this dishwasher safe and can you use it to seal vinyl?
A: Unfortunately, no. Mod Podge is water based and cannot seal anything that repels water. Vinyl repels water.

Q: Is this goof for sealing glitter on tumblers?
A: Unfortunately, without knowing the material of your tumblers, the response must be no, unless it is for display purposes only and not functional.

Q: can I use this to seal the bottom of my unglazed plates?
A: Unfortunately, no. Mod Podge Hard Coat is a water based Decoupage Medium which glues and seals paper or fabric in Decoupage applications. Mod Podge Hard Coat is not an all purpose sealer.

Q: Can it be used for jigsaw puzzles?
A: Unfortunately, we do not recommend Mod Podge Hard Coat for puzzles.
