Were debating between a gas stove or pellet stove, but weren't ready for that committment yet so went with this. Working great and really enhances the room at an affordable price. Will have to find out what overall cost is for electric, but we used to have to run a couple space heaters and not doing that right now so seems efficient. Thanks.

I was so bummed out when I found out that our wood fireplace was dangerous and that we were unable to build a fire anymore. Then, I found out about Electric Fireplaces and ordered one! The flames look real against the back of our brick fireplace. The heat it puts out is perfect for our den. We love it! I have my fire back without any ashes to clean up!
