A: I just assembled, and measured. The diameter of the table is 17 inches, the same as the lampshade.

This is a beautiful lamp, very minimalist & upscale but I somehow got one with different color pole pieces -__- the top connector is toooo gold and doesn’t match the bottom which is more brass . It’s definitely going to bother me bc it looks tacky and cheap when it’s meant to look refined.

Bought on Clarence for $90 online, picked up same day. Opened the box at home and the lamp was rusted everywhere. Took it back, had to pay a higher price $130. Got home, and it also had rust...but much less. I guess I paid more for less rust.

My reason for 4 stars is the packaging. I was very concerned that I would damage the shade or scratch the table, base or poles trying to get all the parts out of the box with all the tape & cardboard. It was very easy to assemble once all the packaging was removed. Its just what my reading nook needed. The table holds my Ipad & coffee. I would purchase again.

Once assembled I noticed the top to the light shade holder was crooked, I tried bending it into a straight position but was unable to because the metal is welded. I’ve been eyeing this light for a few months and wanted to love it so badly.

Straight out of the package and the bottom has scratches all over it and a black mark. I’m so frustrated because I’ve always loved my target lamps but this one will be returned, I kept unboxing it and there’s a dent and more black marks on the table top. The shade also had some damage & schmutz on it but I could dust that off with my hand it just took a little bit. SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality, it doesn’t help that I’m 8 months pregnant and now returning this will be quite the task. $130 for a lamp with this much wrong upon unboxing is not worth it!

There is a rusted handprint on the base straight out of the box, so I will need to return to hopefully get one that was not damaged during manufacturing/packaging. Overall lamp is good size and very aesthetically pleasing. Like most things these days it's not worth the price. It leans and is wobbly, especially on carpet, the table is very flimsy. Especially considering the rust on the base, probably not resilient to water rings or daily use. Without the rust damage it's probably a 3 star product for me considering the price for the quality.
Nice mid century-esque touch for our home. Terrible packaging.

Just what we needed and expected in a finished product. 3-way lamp that can be very bright or dim as needed, simple style and a built-in end table to boot. Felt like I was spinning the Voyager I and II golden record when putting this together. One complaint - the packaging! Very difficult to remove given all of the packing tape they used. Inner packaging really can’t be recycled without a ton of effort to separate styrofoam from cardboard. Have to be careful that some of the tape doesn’t re-adhere to the shade or any of the (fake) brass.

Metal was several different tones (not matching) Table is flimsy. States 6 lbs capacity on a sticker on it while assembling, which is listed no where. Prong that holds the lampshade was bent. Lampshade itself came dented it, unpopped it but you could still tell where it was.

I love the statement this lamp makes. I love that it uses a 3-way bulb. Easy assemble. There was a small dent in the shade but luckily I can just turn it so it isn't as visible. I would like it better if the table part was tighter on the base. The cord should be a couple feet longer as it is only 5 feet long. Overall I LOVE it! It will make for a super cool conversation piece too I think.
