However, while seeds do lose a bit of their potency after a year (for example the seeds may have a 96% germination rate in year one, and a 94% germination rate in year two), we provide more than enough seeds to ensure successful growth.

Most lawn grasses deplete soil nutrients and consume large amounts of water. This seed blend is lower maintenance, consumes less water, replenishes soil nutrients and prevents soil erosion.
