Been through several spray heads. When sprayer activated the faucet doesn't shut off. Also, Sprayer doesn't always shut off once trigger is released. In order to replace sprayer head, one must buy a complete kit.

Hello Richie and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website regarding the Chateau 7430SRS faucet. If the faucet does not shut off when you are using the side sprayer, the diverter in the faucet will need to be replaced. If the trigger button on the side sprayer gets stuck the complete side spray kit needs replacing. I have contacted you via email to resolve your issue. I ordered this product because my older faucet also had a sprayer. This product is a little smaller than my original item so its a matter of adjustment. The sprayer did not have a weight on it like my older(other company product), therefore I will have to remember to not pull on it too hard.

Bought as a replacement to an old Moen faucet. The new one looks & functions great! The finish is really pretty & goes well with my sink. And, the price was VERY reasonable since I bought a Moen to replace a Moen!
