I received this faucet to replace my previous Moen faucet that sprang a leak! It is loud and does not have the pressure that my last one had, very disappointed! And being my kitchen faucet that is used constantly, I had to pay for overnight shipping which ended up being two days!

I have just replaced a very old Moen kitchen faucet with this new Chateau model. I can't believe how I had managed with the old one for so long. This is wonderful!!!! I now have the Chateau line in two bathrooms, tubs and sinks. As a senior they are all so easy to use with the large lever handles!! Thank you Moen.

Just installed this product. It is a solid, basic single-handle kitchen faucet; no sprayer. It will work with 1-hole or 3-hole installation applications; mine was 3-hole. I am not overly handy, and was able to install myself; the supply lines go straight into the faucet, so all that really needs to be done is tighten the faucet in place, then make sure the correct supply line is screwed into the hot and cold supply valves. You're done! I like to attach a spray/aerator at the end of the faucet, so that is why I didn't purchase a unit with a separate spray attachment. The feel of the 7425 is nice and solid when in use; lever moves easily and is easy to turn on and off,

I purchased this model at the end of Aug. 2019 and it has been working well. It is a little stiff when rotating the spout from the base.

We bought this maybe 2 years ago. Recently I noticed water spewing from the edge in the side of the faucet. There's no way we could physically damage the faucet so it has to be a defect.

Great faucet Assembled in the USA of US and foreign parts. Super easy faucet to install. Classic style looks great in my older kitchen. Would recommend for a replacement to an existing kitchen that your not quite ready for a full remodel. If your upgrading your whole kitchen I might go with one of Moen's higher end modern faucets. This works great in a rental or an apartment as it is easy to repair and is fairly durable. I chose this faucet for its price and quality. My kitchen is dated and will need a full remodel so I picked an inexpensive faucet that doesn't look or feel "cheap". Stay away from those China made big box store off brand faucets they're sometimes more expensive and half the quality.

I keep one of these faucets on my truck, recommend it to customers who are ok without using a pull-out type, and have one in my home. It is about as basic and good-working faucet as I have seen. You can replace the (fixed) aerator, with a swivel-spray (generic , or Moen part # 20200), to get some more coverage. Nothing lasts forever anymore, but you should get good usage out of this faucet, if you are ok with the styling. You also have Moen's lifetime warranty for parts.

This is a replacement for an older model Moen Chateau faucet. I like the new style cartridge, it's guaranteed to never leak or it's fixed for free. I purchased the least expensive chrome model because it suits our style, and budget, the best. The chrome is nice, but it's hard to keep sparkling clean. Water spots are a never ending presence. Installation was very easy - I just wish it was as easy to remove the old, plumber installed unit as it was to install the "homeowner friendly" unit. The cutting of copper pipes, the knuckle-busting basin wrench, the corroded brass nuts, etc wasn't the fun part. I'm a die-hard Moen fan, I wouldn't buy any other brand.
