This molasses tastes verh rich and delicious. Works great in baked goodsand in making brown sugar. Fantastic quality not too thick noy to thin. This was rhe best molasses ive ever had in my life would highly recommend.

These molasses from Good and Gather has a great flavor and texture. They are thick and mixed well into the recipes. I have recently started to add molasses to my tea, and this enhances the herbal tea nicely. I received an incentive to write this review.

This Molasses was NOT good. I'm a baker and need a few bottles in a pinch. I couldn't find my normal brand. I used one bottle and it ruined my cookies. I had to throw out the dough and run out and find a different option. I ended up returning the other two bottles I had. Sorry to say I would not recommend this.

I like the bright yellow packaging that was easy to find in the store, and the size was good as well. Not too big, and not too small. I received an incentive to write this review.
Short on ounces

The label shows that there is 9 ounces, but there was just over 8. I measured out the one cup that I needed for my recipe and noticed that it emptied the jar accept for what was stuck to the sides. So I turned the jar upside down in a bowl and left it until the sides cleared, and there was less than a half ounce. I'm glad I didn't need the full nine ounces.

I use molasses only for gingerbread cookies. I ordered this online for pickup, it was close in cost to name brands, but a little cheaper so I bought it. I didn’t realize the size difference until I went to make my cookies today. I always have a bit extra after I measure, today I will have to run out to get another bottle since it is 3 oz less than grandmas. What seemed like a good deal was in fact overpriced.

The molasses is dark and rich and incorporated into the batter well. It is messy however, but I guess that’s unavoidable with something sticky like molasses. I received an incentive to write this review.

This particular brand has a good thick consistency that is dark and full. It mixes really well into all the other ingredients and my cookies came out soooo good! Def a keeper I received an incentive to write this review.

I like the size of the container and that it is easy to hold. The label is boring and reminds me of the Knorr chicken bouillon... but it's fine. The molasses itself seems to be good enough, though I don't recommend sampling by itself. Looking forward to making molasses cookies!

I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Used this jar to make some home made marranitos. For those who don’t know, they are a Mexican pig shaped sweet bread that uses molasses as a main component in the dough. They turned out delicious! Flavor was on point and so was the texture and smell. I’ll definitely be adding this brand of unsulphured molasses to my regular baking staples.

arrived packaged very securely and no spills or breakages in the box. This smelled and tasted very similar to a named brand product and showed no different when baked. It was slightly thinner than I would expect but overall quite pleased

I really love to make cookies with those fall flavors of warmth-molasses, ginger bread, etc. and good spices and molasses can really make or bread your recipe. Good and gather brand has yet to disappoint me! Great molasses and will be thrilled to enjoy in my baking.

I'd been wanting to try something new in the kitchen this fall, so I decided to give molasses cookies a try. These turned out to be a yummy treat. The molasses adds a rich, almost caramelly flavor, without being overly sweet. Hubby, who prefers less sweetness in his desserts, loved them. I'll definitely be bringing them to Thanksgiving! I'm also excited to try cooking some savory foods with this molasses, thinking maybe pulled pork. Definitely will buy it again.

I tasted this before using and it was a pure molasses flavor: strong but not bitter. I used some in my pumpkin cream cheese muffins (blended with the sugar creaming step) and they turned out with a deeper flavor than normal. I'll definitely keep adding to my baked goods, and I love molasses added to chocolate chip cookes, too.

It is hard to write a lot about this one. I usually only get molasses for cookies, so that is how I test this one. It has the standard molasses smell and viscosity. It tastes like molasses in the cookies I made. No complaints here. It is nice to have an alternative to the expensive brands. Would buy again.

I really like this Good & Gather Molasses. It taste so good. I used it to make gingerbread cookies. This molasses is great to use for many baking recipes. I want to try making barbecue sauce with it next.
