[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Korean BBQ sauce flavor has a strong presence of soy sauce and ginger with a mild sweetness and an undertone of miso paste and vinegar. This is definitely a salty tasting sauce and is better when cooked, such as grilling or stir fry. I would not recommend this as a dipping sauce, as it's too strong not cooked. Overall, it has decent taste and pairs well with chicken or pork and stir fry vegetables. I just prefer less salty flavor. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this item for several meals already and everyone in the family loves it. Our favorite use was for stir fry which we make with rice. It definitely has a heavy soy sauce flavor so it is good with rice to balance that out and soak it up. We have also used it for a more simple mean of chicken tenders or chicken nuggets and used this sauce as a dip. It is very flavorful without being too spicy or "out there" which we appreciated! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re no strangers to Asian barbecue sauces, having tried many over the years- but this Korean barbecue sauce from Momofuku truly stands out. We first enjoyed it with pork and vegetable wontons, and the sweet/savory balance was spot-on, elevating the dish beautifully. The consistency was just right- thick enough to cling without dripping. I can easily see this becoming a go-to for eggs, chicken, salmon and even ramen. It’s safe to say this sauce has earned a permanent spot in our pantry. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we tried sweet and savory sauce with my kids favorite meal of cheese curds and chicken nuggets. at first glance it’s a bit thicker than i anticipated and so it does require a bit of muscle to squeeze out of the bottle. it tastes a little bit salty reminiscent of soy sauce mixed with a teriyaki like flavor so it’s true to the name. i can see it being really good on grilled chicken or on wings. my kids liked so much they ate plain on their fingers! only downside other than the bottle is the price which is a bit more than other similar sauces but it is delicious. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put a little bit of this on a frozen chicken glass noodle dish and it really elevated the flavors. I can’t wait to cook more with this sauce. The possibilities are endless! I really appreciate how there is no high fructose corn syrup. It’s truly made with good ingredients. I got the sweet and savory bottle and I’m definitely going to try the sweet & spicy version next time I’m at the grocery store. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce really packs a flavorful punch! It is tangy and not at all spicy. As a novice to Korean cuisine, this was a great introduction. I used it as a marinade on a thin sliced ribeye for a bulgogi. It is thick, but it was easy to spread over the meat with the back of a spoon. I’d recommend using more than you think so you can really appreciate the delicious flavor. The bottle had a QR code with a link to recipes for the sauce which I found helpful, and I look forward to trying out some other options. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] YUM, this is the Korean flavor that I didn’t even know I needed. It is tangy and a little sweet and the main flavor notes that stood out to me were soy sauce and ginger. I like that the ingredients list is clean and I know every single ingredient. I used it as a sauce for meatballs but can see this being great in a bulgogi bowl or with wings. It seems very versatile and I think this is a great addition to my stash of sauces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic Korean bbq sauce! The flavor is deep, but it doesn’t feel heavy. It really is sweet and savory. The sauce has a nice consistency. The bottle is really convenient. It’s a simple twist and squirt. The sauce doesn’t come out too fast. I used it over some salmon, and it was a great pairing. The ingredients are easy to read and pretty easy to pronounce. It is salty and has a fair amount of sugar, so I will be using it sparingly within a single dish. Would recommend if you like Korean bbq sauces. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The barbecue sauce is like none other I have tried before—in a very good way! This is a perfect addition to veggies to perfectly enhance the flavor. I used the sauce on broccoli nuggets and a shrimp patty. While these are both items I would typically not use barbecue sauce on, the flavor combination exceeded my expectations. It was initially salty but mellowed into a sweet but light flavor. I love that I can actually pronounce all the ingredients listed. Also, the sauce appears to be quite thick but does loosens well. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the noodles from this brand, so I had high expectations and really liked the flavor of this sauce! It’s soy sauce-based sauce, and you can taste that. It’s tangy, salty, and vinegary, offset by a slightly sweet brown sugar flavor. It’s a bit on the salty side as a dip, but makes a great marinade. There’s a QR code on the back of the bottle with recipes I can’t wait to try! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is th Momofuku Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ sauce and it is absolutely delicious. It tastes like soy sauce blended with a teriyaki barbecue sauce. It is slightly sweet with a bit of spicy heat. But no worries it is not too spicy just a little kick. I put this on my egg bites, cauliflower bites, chicken strips, chicken patty and my hambuger for a slightly Asian kick. I loved the sauce it was really good on everything and I really liked it mixed with ranch. Although this sauce is a little more expensive it is my new go to sauce for every meal as it is worth the cost. I received an incentive to write this review.

It has an extremely versatile flavor that is not too sweet, perfectly savory! I loved this sauce on chicken nuggets with vegetables and rice for a quick and easy meal, packed with flavor that the whole family loved! I will definitely purchase again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay i loved this! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was delicious! Like a mix of bbq sauce and teriyaki maybe? I made bbq baked tacos and used this instead of a traditional bbq sauce and it was addictive! I had to get more to dip them in! Also the bottle is huge and this barely made a dent even though i used it in the meat and dipping. Will def be keeping this on hand going forward! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sauce finally arrived. If you love Korean BBQ, you’re going to love this sauce. I mixed some onto the meat after cooking and also made some meat using the sauce as a marinade. I prefer the former to the later. This ensures the sauce doesn’t burn from overcooking. This sauce is best with beef in my opinion but also tasted ok with fried chicken. I really liked it. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have much experience with Korean BBQ sauces, but this sauce is very tasty. It’s sweet, super flavorful, and makes everything taste better. I’ve tried it on chicken and salmon so far. It’s a little hard to squeeze out of the bottle, which can be frustrating. The price feels a little high for the amount that you get, but I would buy it again as a special treat. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this is VERY high. The ingredients are “real” foods that I can pronounce, and you can really taste the freshness of the ginger! Do NOT forget to shake. The consistency is great for a quick WFH bibimbop lunch- I cooked my beef first, and then stirred it in the sauce. The applicator makes it easy to drizzle a little bit for a fancy presentation. I added a little chili oil to give a bit of spice! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised upon opening how big the actual bottle was for this. I used it very sparingly on a Asian pasta dish that I made, and it was delicious. It taste like a barbecue mix with a little bit of Asian sing. I did note that the color was slightly red, so I wondered about the food dies within it. However it did taste very good and it has a rich, thickness added to the dish. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting the taste of this. It says sweet and savory, but it is not very sweet. It has only 6g of added sugar so maybe not enough to stick out. Definitely more savory with a soy foward flavor. I made a stir fry with the sauce and it worked very well. I enjoyed the taste. My stir fry tasted a little salty, but I think seasoning the chicken plus using this sauce was too much salt. I tried the sauce on its own and it was not too salty. I will definitely try again and add no extra salt. Overall it is worth a try for an easy sauce for any meat or even just over rice! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always looking for a good Asian fusion barbecue sauce and this one was amazing. We drizzled it on top of grilled chicken and veggie kebabs and it was delicious. It’s not spicy but it has a lot of good flavor. It would be really good mixed with ground beef for an Asian themed cheese burger. This will definitely be a staple buy in our household! It’s not too salty either!
