I am a 65 yr old women with sciatica and can't stand over 10-15 minutes at a time. I researched bar stools to sit on while cooking. I thought this looked very nice and the seat was padded. I thought you could probably straddle sit or sit traditional. It took quite awhile to build it, only to discover its the same height as the chairs around my dining table. SO DISAPPOINTED to pay so much only to have a seat the same height as the others. it was a costly mistake.

They provided an Allen wrench to put screws in wood?? I couldn’t get one in let alone 12 took me hours to figure directions out. Missing a screw also

just received 4 stools, my husband put them together without difficulty. look as pictured, and seems comfortable to me. I got them for more seating for the holidays, so we shall see !

Easy to put together, fits well under out counter bar, looks great. Put fabric tabs on bottom (purchased additionally) so it slides across tile floor better and with less noise.

The came quickly, look good and assembled easily. After a couple weeks use with 5 kids age 4-11, they are still looking good, other than a few of the buttons, which have separated from the bottom piece. They are two metal cups that stick one into another and a piece of faux leather is wrapped around the top. I tried adding a little glue and they are holding for now. Also, when assembling, one brace under seat cracked easily. Since it didn't seem to affect the structure or rigidity, I just kept it. I will order 7 more of these soon.

these are the perfect size for my counter area. the seat is comfortable and the stools were pretty easy to put together. the feel very sturdy and a great price! very pleased with my purchase :o)

I liked the look of these stools & were comfortable when we bought them. Within the first year, the buttons came off of two stools & all four became wobbly. We thought they would break on us or guests so we had to replace them with a higher quality stool.

The assembly of theses is easy. The screws come loose often so you have to tighten them. Do not buy for everyday use. We have had them a month and they are already going back. After tightening them only once they cracked. They would be great for light use.
