Q: are these too low for the elderly?
A: Hi lsugolfmom - Great question! This beautiful chair overall dimensions is 32.25 Inches (H) x 30.25 Inches (W) x 32.25 Inches (D) with seat dimensions 20.5 Inches [W], 17.63 Inches [D], & 32.25 Inches [floor to seat top]. I hope this information helps! - Cedria
submitted byCedria - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: Product states the seat is 13.5" high which would be too low for many elderly. For reference, an ADA toilet seat height has to be between 17-19" high. So these are very low.

Q: Are these made out of recycled HDEP or new material?
A: Hello Suki - Great Question! POLYWOOD is made from HDPE—short for “high-density polyethylene”—a durable plastic that's widely used to make milk jugs, laundry detergent containers, bottle caps, etc. Our furniture is made with recycled and reusable HDPE, including post-consumer and post-industrial materials. Here is a link to the website if you would like more information: https://www.polywood.com/our-materials . Hope this helps! - Eram

Q: Is the slate gray color the same as the gray color of the Moore Polywood bench? The slate gray looks darker, so I wanted to confirm. I'd love the chairs and bench to match.
A: Hello Jenny, Thank you for reaching out. All of POLYWOOD's furniture is made with the same shade of lumber as we do only have one Slate Grey option. The color may be a little different if made from different batches of lumber but the difference would not be very noticeable. Thanks -Jason

Q: Do the dark colors get hot in the direct sun? As in too hot to sit in comfortably?
A: Hi Ali, Thank you for reaching out with your question! Our products are designed to disperse heat throughout the lumber, even if set out in direct sunlight. It may still be warm to the touch but should be comfortable enough to still use in the heat of day. -Thanks for asking, Michelle
