There is a button next to the charger port which can be used to check the battery charge left in the power bank. As always, even under a new label the products are still great. In this case, a slim, light and well designed battery pack providing comfort that I have a full charge avails and fits snuggly and securely onto my iPhone. A nice touch is the edge notch that accommodates the camera lenses, as well as the nice tactile finish.

Purchased for an iPhone 13 Mini. According to the ZAGG website it was perfect for the phone. IT DID NOT FIT AND WAS TOTALLY USELESS. RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY I OPENED THE ZAGG PACKAGE.

I really wanted to like this power bank. I even bought two of them! It was really nice to use the MagSafe charging and to not need to carry a cord. However, there’s a major design flaw: the powerbank covers part of the camera on my iPhone. Not ideal when using this to travel and take frequent photos. I had to constantly remove the powerbank to take photos which was really frustrating. It also made my device very hot and sometimes my phone would pause charging as a result. I would not recommend this powerbank for these reasons. See photo I took at the Trevi Fountain in Rome before I remembered to remove the powerbank.

I also have the Apple MagSafe battery pack which of course works perfectly every time. Got this one and at least half the time I snap it to the iPhone 12 pro, it doesn’t start charging. I have to pop it on and off and wiggle it around a bunch before it will charge. I don’t understand why this would be. It’s like the coil isn’t strong enough for the phone to detect it reliably or something. Also I feel like it doesn’t stick as securely as the Apple one; it’s much more wiggly. Sometimes I just end up plugging the phone into it instead of using MagSafe. Good price and it’s nice that you can charge things via usb-c but you get what you pay for in terms of reliability.

It comes in handy and it’s convenient using no wires to charge a phone, but it’s a bit heavy, isn’t super speedy to recharge, and my phone did overheat in my bike bag—the phone hadn’t done this when not charging—while using it. Not sure just too hot that particular day or a longer bike ride

This battery pack’s magnetic attachment doesn’t work well (battery packs comes off very easily.) It slips off when you’re trying to hold the phone. The battery pack also covers up part of the camera with an 14 pro. Poor design all the way around.

This thing gets hot! I have an iPhone 11 Pro and it charged my almost dead phone to like 35% and still had a bit of juice left. It was a very slow charge and it got pretty hot as it charged. Other than that, it worked! Make sure you have a case it can charge through!
