Anytime I’m sitting at my desk or even on my couch for long periods of time I use this cushion and it helps prevent or lessen my back pain. 100/10 I would recommend.

I need extra support throughout the day due to medical reasons, and I love this helps my back go from being stiff and hurting to feeling completely at ease and supported.
