It has two adjustable straps on the back, to help it to adapt to any type of chair. The fabric it’s made with us durable, easy to clean, and has held up to the needs of being located at a busy nail slam chair quite well! The padding inside is firm, but is comfortable and really feels great when used on a tired or achy back. And I can say personally, that this is most definitely a product that I would buy, had I not received it free to try out in exchange for an honest review. This is truly a well thought out product, and really does feel great. I would most definitely suggest this item to try for anyone with back pain, someone who works a sedentary type of a job, or who just wants to work at correcting their posture. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out if the box this a nice cushion. However in practice is not very comfortable when attached to a chair. It arches the lower back too far forward. It makes for a better posture but not sustainably so. So not really made for comfort.

It can be used in different places and fits perfectly. I used it on my desk chair and also in my car. I attached this to my desk chair and it gave great back support all over. Only downfall was due to the size of the chair and the depth of the cushion, it left little room for my butt.
