What happened to the flavor nugget?

I have loved this soup since my childhood and was most disappointed when the flavor nugget was removed. I tried to be fair and give it a try but found that removing the nugget leaves the soup basically flavorless. It’s certainly not what it used to be and not something my family is interested in. What was a staple in my cupboard for 45 years is no longer there and this new version isn’t worth purchasing.
