Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day hand soaps are specifically made to clean and freshen hands without over drying, while also providing a special, singular scent for your home. Our garden-inspired Compassion Flower scented hand soap blends an uplifting, floral and sweet scent with notes of fresh lemon, sheer violet and pansy. This hardworking hand soap formula contains olive oil, aloe vera, and essential oils, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients that clean and freshen hands. Made without parabens, phthalates or animal-derived ingredients and always a cruelty-free formula soap. Packaging contains recycled content. Bottle (less cap) is made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic. Also available in other garden-inspired scents and products such as Dish Soap and Multi-Surface Cleaner. Really disappointed in the scent. Bought it based on some other reviewers stating it smelled ‘light’ and ‘clean’ and wow I wouldn’t describe the scent as either. It’s cloying with this perfume scent that just sticks to your hands and it makes everyone in my family cough. Not sure I would describe it as floral as it reminds me of a heavy perfume ie someone walks past wearing way too much perfume and it catches your attention for all the wrong reasons.

I have never written a review on Target for any items because most, if not close to all, have been a great experience. Sometimes, it wasn’t a match and that’s ok. This, however, is the worst soap smell I have used. It is nauseating, overpowering, and smells like cheap perfume. I hate it and it gives me a headache. I enjoy light and floral fragrances, especially washing your hands, it makes it more fun and enjoyable. But this is just trash. I don’t understand the high reviews. Take this stuff away.
Who knew? A soap that I’d like to wear as cologne!

Despite the name, the has only a hint of flowers and smells very fresh and clean. Best of all, i can still smell it on my hands hours later! I like washing my hands right before bedtime and drift off to sleep with my hands close to my face. Ahhhhh! And NO!! I did not receive payment, in any form, for this review, nor do I work for this company!
