Mucinex® Sinus-Max® Day Pressure, Pain & Cough: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 caplets every 4 hours. Do not take the Mucinex® Sinus-Max® Day Pressure, Pain & Cough and Mucinex® Nightshift Night Sinus caplets at the same time. Always wait at least 4 hours before taking another dose. Mucinex® Nightshift Night Sinus: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 caplets every 4 hours. My doctor recommened this while I was sick becaue of my congestion and not being able to sleep well. It did make me really tired and I fell asleep right away then woke up 2 hours later feeling awful with a stomach ache, dizziness and anxiety. It lasted all through the next day and I was nauseous with a headache as well.

I’ve only tried the daytime capsule so far.. but holy cow does it work fast. I’ve never tried this before but it’ll be my go-to sinus relief from now own. Took it at 8:15 am and felt severe relief by 8:40.

Use with caution! I have never had an issue with mucinex before and had a reaction to this particular type. Bad stomach issues, dizziness, nausea. The normal mucinex has never been an issue.
