Summary of reviews
The Munchkin Float Foldable High Chair is a stylish and practical choice for parents seeking a modern solution for mealtime. Its sleek design complements various home aesthetics while offering easy cleaning and compact storage. However, it is best suited for older infants and toddlers, as many guests noted that the seat is too large for younger babies. Obsessed with this chair. It’s lightweight, folds up easily, and wipes clean like a dream!!! I also love that there’s a safety bar in place when the tray is removed. Truly the best high chair!
Love! Also fits stokke cushion!

Love how easy it is to fold and unfold, perfect for small spaces. Wish the foot still could be more adjustable but overall very nice high chair! I also wanted a cushion to go on the high chair and I got stokke clikk cushion. Fits perfect!!

I was looking for an aesthetically pleasing high chair that worked in our small home and this one checks the boxes! Easily folds up, wipes down, and gets put way in between meals. As everyone else states, I wish there were adjustable footrest, but otherwise so far so good!
Perfect size

Really shocked at all the negative reviews for the size of the highchair. I have a very petite 10 month old (like still fits 6-9, and some 3-6 month clothes) and she fits great in this chair! I love how easy it is to clean & how sleek it looks. We’ve had a more expensive Graco for previous kids, and a cheaper fisher price high chair, this chair is in between in price but in quality is much better than any I’ve used before! If you’re thinking about it, don’t let the reviews about the size scare you.
The perfect highchair?

Easy to clean and stow away when our grandson isn’t visiting us. Lightweight as well. The perfect highchair for grandparents when the grandkids are visiting.

The seat is way too big for an infant. It would fit a 2-3 year old perfectly. The design of the chair is nice and it folds nicely, but I have never met an infant that would fit in this seat. I had to return it.
If you want simple get this!

This is my 5th baby and I have never had a high chair this simple and easy! So easy to clean. Take it from a mom who’s been through so many high chairs This is THE one. It is for at least a sitter and up. So it doesn’t recline it’s just that, a high chair to eat. It is just so easy to clean. I will keep it for grandkid at this point it’s the best baby item I’ve ever bought!

Wanted to love this high chair because it’s easy to clean and foldable. But believe the negative reviews, this high chair is HUGE. My 7 month old won’t be able to use this chair for the foreseeable future. The footplate is several inches below her feet. The straps are so large on the tightest setting and she is immediately leaning over in the chair despite being able to independently sit for long periods of time. The straps are also so slippery and loosen from the baby pulling at them. This was a shower gift and unfortunately I will be needing to purchase another one.

I debated for several weeks which highchair I was going to purchase. It was great that there were two choices to pick from. I decided to pick the black knowing that there would be plenty meals with red sauce and I didn’t want the tray to stain since it doesn’t have the double tray. I love the chair and how easy it is to clean! It is so easy to use and looks fantastic !

Made for big and tall babies. My baby is still too small to safely sit in this chair at 8 months with the straps on the tightest setting. He is in the 7th percentile for height and 3rd percentile for weight. His feet do not touch the foot rest on the shortest setting. It does have a nice footprint and folds compactly.
Sturdy, versatile, and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son hates high chairs, so imagine my surprise when he asked to get inside of this one. He’s 20 months and very much likes to do things himself, so I stayed very close in case he had any missteps but let him get in on his own. The design was sturdy enough that it hardly wiggled at all as he used the step to get up and get seated. The trey clipped on easily and stayed in place well, and I personally loved the black color because it made the messes less anxiety inducing by taking the contrast away between the food and trey/seat. The material also made it very easy to wipe down when we were finished, and the fact that the leg holes are fully enclosed was nice as my son could not stand up the second I took the trey off. It made it feel much safer as I turned away for a few seconds since he won’t keep a harness on to save his life. It was also the perfect height for him to feel involved with meals and allowed me to get his attention easily. Since he was able to actually reach the adjustable foot rest I also knew he would be able to brace himself if he needed to cough up any food. The fact that it can be lowered for when his legs get longer is great so he can remain comfortable. I think the best feature of all, though, is that it folds moderately flat for storage. It can stand on its own so wherever I put it against a wall I know it’s more than sturdy, and I can hang it on my garage utility bar even to get it out of the way. With a climbing toddler it’s important to me to be able to get it out of his reach and this was perfect. Highly recommend for the active toddler in your life.

I wanted to love the high chair and I am giving it good reviews because I do love the color and concept of it folding. My biggest issue was the seat was huge and I mean huge. I am not sure if more high chair out there have big seats like this but my son is eating and is 7 months old and it was comical how big it was. He is also a normal sized kid. It would be the perfect high chair if it had a cushion that can be used for younger infants and then remove as they grow into the chair. Currently there is no such cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Munchkin float high chair with my 10 month old for a couple of weeks now. First impressions- I love the modern, sleek design. Straight out of the box it went together very easily with minimal effort or tools required. I love the fact that it is pretty compact and fits my table height well so baby can sit with us while we eat dinner. You can also fold it it anyway when not in use. The limited addition black color is a added bonus,a black harness which is good at hiding those tough to remove food stains though it is very easy to wipe clean too ;) The high chair feels very solid with a good sized tray which is very secure, yet easy to remove when you need too. Weighing in at just 11lb makes it very easy to move around the house. So far I don’t haven’t found any cons with his high chair, my baby loves to sit in there. The adjustable 5 point harness makes me feel comfortable that he is safe and secure. Overall I give it 5 stars! Highly recommend.

I love the concept of this chair - easy to stow away, easy to clean, and aesthetically nice. However, the footrest does not adjust for proper support and the chair makes it difficult to put the baby in AND especially pull the baby out. The harness doesn't quite support the baby as needed for upright sitting. Unfortunately, if I were to consider buying this again - I wouldn't.

The straps are terrible. They are flimsy and don’t support my baby at all. He’s a larger 6 month old and even at their smallest, they’re still too big. The seat and tray also stain with orange foods. Overall, I wish I hadn’t spent this amount of money on it, but I can’t return and hopefully as baby gets older it will work better for us.

Love it. Easy to set up, use and clean. Folds down nicely and doesn’t take up too much space. I like how the tray can be hung on the back when it’s folded up. I only wish that the foot rest was adjustable because my 75th percentile (in height) 9 month old still can’t rest her feet on it, but she doesn’t seem to mind, so I’m still giving this high chair 5 stars. I’d definitely purchase the same one in the future and recommend it to friends with kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently started using this high chair for my daughter and I absolutely love how easy it is to clean, plus how aesthetically pleasing it is to the eye. The removable table top fits behind the chair for times when I just want her to sit on the chair versus during feed times. The straps make it easy to buckle her in tightly so she’s comfortable. I absolutely love this chair, plus its price point!

Not a great chair for small babies or beginners! I wish I would’ve known more about starting solids before I bought a high chair. The foot rest is important and this one doesn’t even come close to reaching my baby’s feet, nor is it adjustable. The straps are also frustrating. They are not easy to get on and manage when putting the baby in the chair. Sure, this chair is easy to set up, easy to clean and it looks good but it isn’t worth the money when it doesn’t have important safety features of a high chair.

Love the aesthetic . Straps don’t tighten enough for my 6 month old. The foot rest of is not adjustable which is my least favorite thing about this chair. Debating on keeping it for that reason. Tray is easy to wipe down and love that it’s foldable.
