I usually don't care to post reviews but after a week of using this product, I had to hop on here and share my experience. I have unfortunately been dealing with acne and not just the little pimples but cystic acne that's super painful and it seems to be popping up more and more. I usually treat it with benzoyl peroxide but I feel like that wasn't working enough for me anymore. I gave this product a chance and it was also recommended to me by my peers and instantly after the first use, it dramatically calmed down my skin and the painful cystic acne was completely healed. It wasn't bumpy or filled with pus or painful anymore! I was so shocked that it is actually so effective like it said it would. Absolutlely loving this product so far and if you have the same issue, I'd suggest you give this product a chance.

ive always dealt with hormonal acne that never seemed to go away… until i started consistently using this product. i like to put it on top of mositurizer since it does get a little drying, and it works wonders for my acne. but, consistency is very important, if i dont use it for a few days i do notice it will come back.

I rarely write reviews but this stuff lives up to the hype. I was dealing with some bad hormonal acne after I had a baby and a bad reaction to my IUD. I had stubborn spots on my chin that wouldn’t go away for 2 months. I caved and bought this and the spots are finally starting to shrink and disappear! 10/10 recommend!

I purchased because i kept seeing ads for this and wanted to see if the hype was real. I have combo skin and have been told by many I have great skin yadda yadda. BUT I had these same few zits on my lower cheek, on my nose, and upper cheek that kept coming back and had caused scaring. So I bought it and tried it. HOLY MOLY did it help! not only that it also cleared up some skin discoloration that I thought had just been freckles. It also purge some acne so when you use it know that in the beginning it's just pulling up deeper stuff and it's not actually giving you acne. It's chemically exfoliating the skin and so what you're seeing is that acne that hasn't shown up yet. Anyway I don't write reviews often but this one DESERVED it. My skin has never been clearer and happy!

I tried it for several weeks and I broke out way more than I normally do. Plus it made older blemishes more noticable. Pretty much the opposite of what it should do. Very disappointed I paid for this.

Its a beautiful product which i could not wait to be reshipped, to start. Even expired it still helped my horrendous horomonal acne in one week, its helped me regain my confidence and i will be contacting ulta still for a replacement bottle of non expired product.

Soothing on painful pimples and has helped speed up the healing process. Would for sure recommend, has been very gentle on my sensitive acne prone skin

I have been struggling with cystic acne for the last 10 years. I picked this product up YESTERDAY and already noticed my breakout is less painful (thank god) and less inflamed. I have never found a product that worked this well, this fast.

I get 1 or 2 really bad cystic breakouts every month during that time of the month and this product has been a game changer. I NEVER take the time to write reviews but I highly recommend giving this product a chance if you deal with cystic acne. As soon as I start to feel a cystic breakout forming I apply this and they go away within a couple days without ever fully forming!

Definitely helps with cystic under the skin acne and getting it to go away quickly….but I noticed scarring from the pimples I used it on weeks later and I’m not prone to acne scarring. It has slowly started going away from using retinol but still have multiple scars all over.

I have been using this stuff for years and is the only thing that works on my painful under the skin acne. It is definitely pricey but I believe it is worth trying if you struggle with under the skin acne too.

I purchased this for my teenage son. Within the first week we saw improvements. Even in the first few days, the swelling and redness were instantly soothed, and the swelling and irritation definitely went down. As he's continued to use it, we are definitely seeing results!

I applied this product to two super painful cystic pimples (that would normally last a week) and they are both almost completely gone after just TWO. DAYS. I have never actually tried a topical treatment that worked for my under the skin/cystic acne, so I'm super stoked I found this one! Highly recommend!

Im 21 and I've recently started breqking out in hideous cystic breakouts on my cheeks ans chin. I literally bought this a week ago and it came in YESTERDAY and I already see results on the few spots i put it on. It works immediately! And it feels like a good peppermint feel on the blemish. I already love yhis stuff and think its worth every penny. Ill have check back in but so far 5 stars from me 🥹

I did not see any improvement after using it. My assumption would be that it would calm Down blemishes and dry them out but it only made them more inflamed and angry. I would not recommend especially for the money.

Love this for exfoliation of my face- soothes and calms my skin and definitely helps with blemishes. A super bonus is that its really helps with the KP on my arms! I randomly started putting it on my arms where i have KP, and its made my skin smoother than any other product. Highly recommend.

I genuinely love this. My grandma got me this, and i was a little skeptical about it (i always am with new products lol). Ive been using it for not even a week, and i LOVE it. Its helped shrink a lot of my pimples, especially my more under the skin/cystic ones.
