My husband loves this and uses every day. Me, personally, it’s too hard for me.

Rock hard. Not sure what this is used for, but it isn’t for my purposes.

Much smaller than pictured! It says 12 inches but looks so much smaller bc it’s much skinnier than in the pic! I’m returning it bc I need a bigger roller.

It's small and mighty. I work at a desk at one job, and a climbing gym at the other. I'm also a mom. Put that on top of a horseback riding accident I had when I was sixteen which caused back issues ever since and you have me! Needless to say my back has issues and I needed something to help stretch it I could keep with me if needed. This thing is the perfect size and OMG does it stretch and pop your back for you!

I was skeptical of foam rollers at first and wasn't sure how they'd actually benefit me pre- or post-workout. However, once trying this little roller, I've found that I can finally give myself the deep tissue massage I needed, whether after a workout or just in general: using this releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and has even improved my flexibility a bit. Bigger isn't always better, either -- I find that this travel size roller is most effective at helping me pinpoint muscle areas that need working on. Plus, because it's so small (see the size in the photo), I can pop it in my gym bag without added bulk or weight. I'm convinced everyone needs a foam roller now -- this one checks all the boxes because of its size and cute design, too!

This is a great size to be able to pack in a gym bag or even a suitcase. It works well to get the kinks out of my back and is firm enough to help stretch out other areas after exercising. The color is great too.

This is a great foam roller, compact, good for relieving muscle pain and for stretching out. Small enough to be portable for travel, to bring to exercise class, or to keep on the sidelines to strech at half (which is what we use it for). Good for legs, feet, hips, back, etc. You might want to start with a larger size if you aren't very stably balanced (yet) or are a larger sized person. Definitely recommend this one though!

This is such a wonderful roller , helps me to recover from all the excising I have been doing,. It helps to work out all the kinks in my back ... I would highly recommend this to anyone who works out often a must have for sure.

The perfect size for on the go or travel. It was a happy surprise when I ordered a new foam roller and this one came. Without confirming the size when this micro roller came I was frustrated, but it is perfect for on the go. I love throwing into my suitcase or keeping in the car. After long travel days it’s great to have on hand.

This is a great high quality foam roller. I love the colors and I usually almost daily to roll out kinks in my back and legs after a hard workout. It seems it will last for years. Light weight and easy to store. Very good tool to have on hand at home.

This has been a great foam roller to pack and take along on my trips with me. It’s compact, but gets the job done in the hotel rooms I have been staying in. It’s especially great after a longer flight or day in the car, to roll out my back, legs, hamstrings, and other muscles that get tight in planes and cars. I can store it in my carryon or even in my backpack; it’s that small and mighty!

This roller is amazing! I thought it’d be too small to use on my lower back but it is not. It eases the tension on my back without it hurting. It’s the perfect size for someone like me (petite). It is sturdy and well made. I highly recommend it.

Perfect size for traveling! It would fit in a backpack or carry on bag. The roller is firm and works great to stretch your muscles after working out. The color combo looks like a galaxy sky. Great addition for a traveling runner.

Fast shipping and love the texture of this product and my back pop and it was comfortable to use this i laid on it and roll it helped alot with the sore muscles i love the wnd and the color of it so cute and goes with people that do yoga
