I had originally received some products as gifts for my baby and when I finally ran out (it took longer than I thought but a little bit of product goes a long way) I decided to order myself. It’s been 2 nights of use and I’ve noticed my baby developing some irritation bumps which is strange because it’s the same product that we were gifted before. I’m not sure if there was a formula change but my baby’s skin is not happy.

My kiddo has had ezcema for a year. We've been to the dermatologist, allergist and have used numerous lotions. 4 days of using this lotion, 2xs a day and his skin is almost cleared up. I was hesitant to try this one due to price and all of the other brands that have been a waste of money. This is worth the $30! I wish I would have taken before and after photos- red patches all over, flaking in spots, thankfully he did not have much of an itch. The allergist suggesed wet wraps (we didn't try)- this lotion has a damp skin feel.

I know the price is a little jarring but oh my goodness was it worth it. My sweet little boy is 7 weeks old and has struggled with eczema flare ups since he was just a few days old. We use this in combo with the Mustela micellar water twice a day and his skin has been completely transformed. I will definitely be repurchasing and recommending to anyone who needs relief!

We have been using the Stelatopia products for a bit of time. It's working well for my daughter. She had pretty bad eczema, and this moisturizes her skin a lot. I use it a lot throughout the day.

This product is incredibly convenient because I use it on my face and my child's. It's very moisturizing yet lightweight, absorbing easily into the skin and feeling comfortable around the eyes. You can use it on yourself, your child, and even your husband. I make sure to stock up on this every time there’s a sale.

I really do love this product. It is extremely moisturizing and helped my baby’s eczema. However, my baby has extremely sensitive skin this is not a product I can use on her everyday. I noticed tiny bumps starting appearing all over her legs, back, and stomach after a couple days of use. I couldn’t figure out what it was at first until I remembered this was the only new thing we had tried and a day after stopping it the bumps completely cleared. I’m not sure if this is something that others have experienced or may just be our experience with the product. As I said though this product is great just not for everyday use only when needed.

Did not work for my babies eczema it actually made her break out even worse. Had high hopes this would help but it didn’t and now I’m stuck with a $30 bottle that isn’t useful.

I also love that this brand promotes and advocates for gentle and organic products. It doesn’t really have a scent in specific in my opinion which is great and it’s nice smooth and rich.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler has very dry patches/eczema on the backs of her knees and her armpits. This cream has been a lifesaver. The directions say to use the cream two times a day. I typically use it 1-2 times and it's been a huge improvement. My daughter is no longer scratching herself raw because her skin is so dry. There's very little scent. The cream rubs in easily but it does leave a little residue on the skin. I can usually still feel the cream on her skin a couple hours later BUT that's partly due to it being a barrier cream. I absolutely love this product.

This cream, however, sinks in so quickly that it makes application so easy. I don’t get the uncomfortable thick lotion sitting on the skin feeling, but it still somehow moisturizes so well. I don’t love the scent—it’s relatively neutral and unoffensive but my personal preference is a lotion with a fresh fragrance. The smell of the lotion dissipates quickly. It feels so good on the body!
