A: Hi, Ashely, We had to remove the sponge due to supplier issues related to COVID. Please note: the product is just as efficacious whether you use a sponge or wash cloth to remove the product. You can use wash cloth.Thank you

A: Hi Halo, As per product label: Read the WARNINGS section before use. Always test before each use by applying product to small part of the are where is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed with full application. Product can be used on arms, underarms, legs and bikini area. APPLY CREAM OUTSIDE OF SHOWER: • Skin must be dry before application. • Unplug pump and turn counterclockwise to dispense cream onto smooth side of the dry sponge. Apply an even thick layer to cover hair. • DO NOT RUB IN. • Repeat until the entire area where hair to be removed is covered. • Wait at least 1 minute before showering. SHOWER: • Shower following your usual routine. Step into the shower and follow your usual routine. • For optimum product performance, keep skin where cream has been applied away from direct stream of water. • A small amount wash off, is not unusual. • Leave cream on your skin for at least an additional 3 minutes. • DO NOT EXCEED 10 MINUTES of total application time. REMOVE/RINSE: • Total hair removal depends on hair thickness. • Using the bumpy side of the rinsed sponge, test a small area. • If the hair comes off easily, remove the rest of the cream by massaging in a circular motion. • If the hair does not come off, leave the cream on longer without exceeding 10 minutes of total application time. • RINSE SKIN THOROUGHLY. • Do not rub. Pat dry gently. • Rinse the sponge and replace the plug. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually pleasantly surprised by this. I applied it before getting into the shower making sure to put on a thick coating. The water was hitting the back of my legs and I thought that it was coming off but it stayed. It worked really good. My legs are nice and smooth, plus there was no burning or anything. It didn’t smell too bad, though you can smell a little bit of the classic nair scent it’s really not too bad. All in all I willl keep using it.

I leave it on for a less amount of time, it smells so much better, leaving my skin smooth and hairless, and it didn't irritate my skin like the original Nair did! I'm so happy I can put this on before I get in the shower and just wash it off in my normal shower routine! Summer days are going to be a breeze when it comes to hair removal!

Didn't react like things usually do. But it had to sit longer on my legs then the bottle said. And I ended up using a razor to finish my legs as the nair didn't get everything. It's a good shave gel though. And I would still buy it again.

I can’t say it gets every little hair off, cuz it doesn’t but it’s great for my bikini area and armpits where I suffer from ingrown hair in both areas. It helps me keep sensitivity down and break outs from ingrown after shaving. I’d definitely purchase again.

This was different for me, with the waiting, testing, waiting again, and finally removing. It did fairly well I should say. I was impressed. It comes in a plastic container and wonderful smell with the coconut oil. It didn't cause any type of skin irritation at all, and left my skin feeling smooth.I plan on purchasing again in the next few months.

I have developed more sensitive skin as I get older, and this really irritated me and made me itch. Same smell that I remember from many years ago. Good concept but probably not the best product for me. If your skin is not sensitive, I would definitely recommend.

I don’t think it’s more effective than shaving because it doesn’t get down to the root as well. It did not irritate my skin.
