Q: This product didn't come with an applicator sponge, how do I apply it and take it off?

A: Hi, Ashely, We had to remove the sponge due to supplier issues related to COVID. Please note: the product is just as efficacious whether you use a sponge or wash cloth to remove the product. You can use wash cloth.Thank you

A: Hi Halo, As per product label: Read the WARNINGS section before use. Always test before each use by applying product to small part of the are where is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed with full application. Product can be used on arms, underarms, legs and bikini area. APPLY CREAM OUTSIDE OF SHOWER: • Skin must be dry before application. • Unplug pump and turn counterclockwise to dispense cream onto smooth side of the dry sponge. Apply an even thick layer to cover hair. • DO NOT RUB IN. • Repeat until the entire area where hair to be removed is covered. • Wait at least 1 minute before showering. SHOWER: • Shower following your usual routine. Step into the shower and follow your usual routine. • For optimum product performance, keep skin where cream has been applied away from direct stream of water. • A small amount wash off, is not unusual. • Leave cream on your skin for at least an additional 3 minutes. • DO NOT EXCEED 10 MINUTES of total application time. REMOVE/RINSE: • Total hair removal depends on hair thickness. • Using the bumpy side of the rinsed sponge, test a small area. • If the hair comes off easily, remove the rest of the cream by massaging in a circular motion. • If the hair does not come off, leave the cream on longer without exceeding 10 minutes of total application time. • RINSE SKIN THOROUGHLY. • Do not rub. Pat dry gently. • Rinse the sponge and replace the plug. Thank you.

I have developed more sensitive skin as I get older, and this really irritated me and made me itch. Same smell that I remember from many years ago. Good concept but probably not the best product for me. If your skin is not sensitive, I would definitely recommend.

I don’t think it’s more effective than shaving because it doesn’t get down to the root as well. It did not irritate my skin.

The new suggestion to put this on before getting in the shower is actually genius because then you can wash your hands and make sure you haven't gotten it anywhere else. There is also better lighting outside of my shower so that's helpful. I have a disability and shaving my legs can be such a pain but this is helpful as long as I get a nice thick, even application. I personally don't like to use this on super short hair but otherwise it's great. I always have to leave it on for the full 10 minutes to get the best results but I did check small spots first to make sure especially after reading other reviews about reactions but this has been great for me. Thank you Nair for making a great product for so many years!

A product like this is great because I don't have to worry about cutting my legs or missing a spot. I can slather it on, shower, then at the end wash it off with a wash cloth. I wasnt sure it was going to work but when I wiped it off I had smooth legs. It does have a smell, but I expected that. I still will shave my legs but this is handy for certain times and I will likely buy another in the future.
Great for silky, smooth legs.

Much to my surprise this product did not irate my skin at all. Worked perfectly on my legs. They were so smooth afterwards. I will definitely purchase again in the future.

I definitely recommend I use it in my intimate parts of my body, as well as my face and the results are spectacular. It lasts a long time as well it takes zero time for the hair to be removed. I’d say a good, five minutes or less is good enough for my hair any longer than that I would not recommend quick use only.if you’re going on vacation You will definitely want to take this with you

One thing that wasn’t as noticeable was the scent, as most Nair products have a very chemically smell, this one has a faint scent. Started removing the product with a clean wash cloth as directed and the removal process was quick and easy after only 10 minutes. My legs are now smooth and silky, even without lotion a few days later. Will recommend for sure.

Scent was okay did not really enjoy but smells better than the original. Very effective product let it sit and then jump in the shower will need a wash cloth or loofah to get the pesky hairs. Packaging is definitely appealing. Good on sensitive skin, did not really enjoy on my armpits though maybe it was from my arms being together it did create a tad irritation and itching but after washing off it was fine.

It is not the most perfect product for hair removal but it is the best one I've used that isn't a razor. The scent is perfectly fine; none of the sulphuric odor products used to have. The application is very easy. It gets a lot of the hair, not all. But even the hairs that aren't removed are shortened and more fine. If I used this regularly, I believe it would continously remove everything.

I received this product from Influenster and Nair for free in exchange for my honest review. The process is easy to follow. While it worked well on removing finer hair but not a complete replacement for shaving if you have thick or coarser hair. I like the gentle and pleasant scent.

I just used this product for the first time. The effectiveness is ok. Its not fast like i expected, the scent is pleasant and the packaging is good with a plastic bottle. I was worried for my skin at first, but the product was weak and my skin is fine. If you would like to try new stuff for get rid of your hair , give it a try
