Q: How do you thaw these?

A: I usually run them under lukewarm water until they are partially thawed, then shake up the bag to mix a little and then set them in a bowl with warmish water to finish. If you prepare and thaw them ahead of time, such as when baby is sleeping, it is much easier .

I have used so many bags, froze over 2000 oz milk and these bags are great! They are not big, I would say 4oz in each is the best amount. 5 oz is fine too but it won’t freeze flat. They are very high quality. Easy to use, quick defrosting. I would say the negative part is that it’s not too easy to write on the label.
