It has been effective with my very long hair (longer than waist length) in keeping my hair from knotting. With fewer ingredients, this feels like a clean product that you can feel good using for you and your family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great 2 -in-1 drugstore shampoo option for men. The ingredients are pretty good and it doesn’t include any harmful silicones/sulfates. I wish the Ocean & Timber scent was a little stronger- it’s a very light clean scent. It suds up pretty well and doesn’t strip the hair like other 2-in-1s. If you have fine to medium & straight/wavy hair, this will work well. However, if you have thick curly hair, you will still need to add a moisturizing conditioner. It leaves your hair feeling clean, smelling good, & not frizzy/dry.
