I live the dissolvable. It does not affect my stomach if I take on a empty stomach.

I love that these don’t taste gross - I actually don’t mind taking them! I wasn’t super consistent in taking them but I just finished getting through a bottle over the span of a few months and I’ve seen a huge difference in my hair density. A lot of the baby hairs around my hairline have grown in. It took a while to notice a difference but this product was the only thing in my routine that I changed. Buying again!!

I've taken lower doses and different brands. Natrol 10,000 mcg has given me noticeable results. My hair health has improved and started growing much faster. So fast, that I adjusted by taking this every other day to avoid having more frequent hair cuts. There is still noticeable growth, but at a more manageable rate.

Was hoping that it helps with my greying hair but unfortunately I don't see much difference, in my 3rd bottles now. But I notice my nails grow fast. It shows in my blood test result, so I might lower it to 5000mcg as I take it everyday.

It makes it easier to chew up the tablets unlike other types of flavored vitamins and health supplements. The directions is 1 tablet a day and there is 60 tabs in the bottle, so that is a 2 month supply. That right there is great for the price as well. The main ingredient is biotin which helps promote healthy skin, nails, and hair. It also is supposed to help support energy and your metabolism which aids in the conversion of food into energy. I can't wait to see the full results after I finish the bottle. I?t is a bit too soon to tell the results as far as hair, skin, and nails. But I think that I have a bit more energy than before.

I have very dry skin normally and going through the big change in a woman's life fully by the age of 45 my skin has gotten worse. Surprisingly this has helped and my hair and nails do seem to be better than they had been prior as well. Tastes great too and I'm picky, it's not too sweet.
