I have no problem falling asleep. I brought the product to help me stay asleep. The supplement that your are supposed to take at 3 am didn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product, and I love how natural it is and the ingredients in it. The pills area really small and easy to swallow. I know within 30 minutes, I'll fall asleep - and for the most part keeps me sleeping. And if I do awake in the night, I'm able to fall asleep again quickly.

I am so glad to have found these melatonin supplements because they do a great job of putting me to sleep throughout the whole night leaving me feeling fully rejuvenated for the next day without and groggy or extra sleep side effects in the morning.

It's amazing! There are a ton of pills included in the bottle as well so the value is insane for how much quality sleep you'll get from just one bottle.

We all know how well a good nights sleep works on a body. I took the pills before beginning my nighttime routine and I felt great the next morning. I slept through the night and felt great that I didn’t need to turn to hard core sleeping pills.
