This melatonin works as well as any other I have tried. The dissolving tablet kicks in pretty quickly and has a decent flavor. I will definitely purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natrol melatonin makes me night nights. I have the worse problems falling asleep at night. Pop one of the 10 MG tablets, I'm out for the count. They are quick dissolve tablets and taste great. I love that they are vegetarian. I wish that they had sugar/carb content, I do low carb and just wanna know what I'm putting in my body. Other than that, I love these natural sleep aids.

Don't waste your money. I doubt there is even one molecule of Melatonin in this junk. I have used other brands and they helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. I am writing this at 5AM after having taken it at 1 AM when I woke up. I just laid there in the dark wide awake for 4 hours. Again this brand is 100% junk waste of money. BTW last night is the 3rd night having taken it and not in a row, Same useless results each time. They are going in the toilet.

I do try products often since I do not want something that might be addicting, this was perfect. I used it last night and actually fell asleep pretty quickly, and stayed asleep past my usual awake time. Did not bother my stomach at all and easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

They are a fast dissolve tablet, just put one in your mouth and it's dissolved in seconds. One tablet is melatonin 10mg and works best if taken 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime. I can usually fall asleep easily, but I use these when I'm wide awake and not a bit sleepy at bedtime. I will fall asleep easier and can wake up without any issues. Always check with your physician if you are taking other medications.

I am now sleeping through the night and am not waking up with that icky groggy feeling. I am so excited to have tried these. They work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the 10mg of melatonin (which is quite a lot compared to other Melatonin products I've purchased which are often 2.5mg per tablet), the most important aspect of this product is the "fast dissolve" property of the tablets. I've had gummies before, but I don't like how they stick to my teeth and make me feel like I need to brush my teeth (again). These truly require no water and merely dissolve in my mouth, and the taste is "fine" to "pleasant."

Theyre a bit chalky and I don't care for the taste, but it is gone fairly quickly. In order to get the benefits, I can put up with it. I have taken to just swallowing them whole instead of letting them dissolve or chewing them. I don't feel groggy waking up the next day which is wonderful.
