Natrol Melatonin, Fast Dissolve, Strawberry, 5 mg, 150 Tablets

I have always LOVED natrol dissolvable tabs. This was our household brand of choice. However, with the new label the whole family has found that the product has changed and not as good. The tabs take far longer to dissolve which is inconvenient and unpleasant. The taste has changed as well. I would have given the former product 5+ stars.

I love natrols melatonin supplement. I have found they have changed the product recently though, the ingredients are not the same (it now contains wheat and soy and it did not before, I am gluten free so this is sad). Also no longer has vitamins Bs and calcium added, seems they have tried to make the product cheaper for them. New product also doesn’t dissolve as nice in the mouth and is a lot harder, there was something satisfying about the old product that this new one doesn’t have. Taste is also not as good. It still does its job though.

I just got a bottle for the first time and i’m a bit confused. Like can I take it at once or i have to chew it? And is it fine to take it with water?

Ive been using Natrol's melatonin for a week and i have seen some serious benefits. So much so, that I decided to do a pitch project on them for one of my classes. After doing some research I've found that they advertise a different product than they actually sell. I don't know how they are going to say that they use no GMOs, no artificial flavors, or sweeteners. When the product I use has Sucralose and artificial flavoring, this is misleading. All the nutrition facts on their website do not show what is on the bottle. I have a friend that is allergic to Sucralose and this could've led to a problem if I was going to recommend it to him. I will continue to use the product, but practice what you preach, please. Before this, I thought very highly of Natrol and now I don't know what to think.

I've been using this for awhile. The 10mg strawberry dissolves. I looked at the ingredients and melatonin is not listed in the ingredients. The lable even says drug free. So.ehats up here?

Natrol products are without a doubt the best. Easy to consume and has excellent results! I recommend

I've tried other brands and this one works the best. Within 15 to 20 minutes I'm asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take half of a tablet and I'm back to sleep. As long as I can get Natrol I'm all set. What's funny is when I was first shopping for a sleep aid there was someone else in the same store aisle that said she used only Natrol.

Experienced major headache and nausea from 5mg melatonin twice and then searched turns out 3mg and above is too much melatonin and 1mg is enough. It does not say anything about side effects on natrol container but headache is a side effect of melatonin sometimes. Wouldn’t have known this since natrol decided to sell this much mg melatonin everywhere and not mention it’s strong on the bottle with side effects.

I have problems staying asleep all night, but the natrol melatonin has helped me immensely. I can now even take half of a dissolvable pill and it keeps me asleep or I don't have trouble getting back to sleep. The flavor is good too and it dissolves fast. I definitely recommend to everyone!

The strawberry flavor isn't overpowering and the tablet does dissolve rather quickly, without leaving a lingering taste. Although I cannot be 100% certain this product was what helped me fall asleep, I can say while using this, my sleep was plentiful and I didn't notice myself waking in the night.

I really like the fact that I am still able to wake up and not feel groggy. I usually take a similar supplement that comes in gummy form. I like this fast dissolve idea but I wouldn't say it was a super fast dissolve. The flavor is good and I will use again in the future to help me get to sleep at a more reasonable time.

These were a lifesaver after a long international flight. Within a half hour of taking the tablets, I fell easily to sleep and slept through the night without issue. When I awoke I felt rested and not at all groggy. The tablets dissolve quickly and have a pleasant taste. I like that you don't need any water for these, so they can easily be taken. Highly recommend.

My review is based on Nyquil ( which is totally a different type of medicine). I thought that the effects of Natrol Melatonin were going to be similar to Nyquil so I wanted to make sure I was prepared. With NyQuil I give myself plenty of time to sleep and knew that I would have a hard time waking up. Also with NyQuil it would Knock me out pretty quickly and hard, if I fought it then I would get confused because I would be too tired. With Natrol Melatonin I feel like it really helps me calm down from a long day and aids me to sleep. It doesn't make me fall asleep instantly. I can wake up and be coherent and function. It doesn't make me feel drowsy either. If I have caffeine late in the day, I know I can use this to help me relax and get some rest. Again, I'm just comparing the effects of both just to shed some light for people that never taken melatonin. I've never woken up feeling tired or feeling weird after taking Natrol Melatonin. I believe it wonderful sleeping aid.

I usually take the gummy version of melatonin and this is the first time I've tried the dissolving pills. The taste isn't as great as the gummy version but it works very well. 20-30 minutes after taking it I'm out and asleep throughout the whole night. I also wake up alert and refreshed. I would buy this again.
