I was initially scared to take them so did a lot of research prior to taking the gummies. Considering the recent pandemic and the increased stress level, these gummies have come in handy. My days are so busy and hectic I cant say for sure or not if they helped calm me down or not, since Im constantly on the go. I wasnt sleepy at all, so that was a plus. I would recommend for people who have time to relax and it may help with that.
