I was so excited to get this. However, like the melts, my reaction was horrific and I thought that I was going to die. My blood pressure went sky high. My heart was racing a hundred miles a minute. My head felt like it was going to explode 🤯. I had a terrible panic attack and had to do slow breathing for almost two hours. The reason that I purchased this product is because I have very high anxiety due to the environment I live in. I don't know what Secret ingredient that they put in these that are not listed, but PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE THEM OR ELSE YOU MAY FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO DIE LIKE I DID.

I’ve tried to take this pills as I’ve read good reviews. They are horrible. I have the feeling of nausea every time and I’ve several on several occasions. These are horrible. I don’t know what’s making me feel nauseous each time but it’s absolutely horrible.

If I’m feeling a little extra high strong that day I’ll take the day calm too. I’ve seen a big improvement in my mood since trying all of Relaxias products. Really impressed!

Lemon balm is awesome for relieving anxiety and togetherwutg ghe other ingredients has really given me relief when I’ve needed it most.

Was really excited to try this, until i noticed ingredients. Maltodextrin is in rat poison, sure dont want that in me while trying to relax.

I work as a night shift nurse so day sleeping is part of my regular weeks. When I get off of a busy night relax is helps calm my mind and body and let’s me fall asleep quickly so I can be fresh for my next shift! It’s a life saver and a life changer! I love it!

I read in a recent study how lower Sheraton levels caused increased appetite and cortisol. The recommendation was 100mg of 5 htp before each meal. So, I bought these because they include 5htp and ashwaghanda. I took one and my cravings went poof. I'm down six pounds in two weeks. Yes. I work out and try to eat healthy but I've been doing that for years and I haven't lost weight like this due to perimenopause. My hormones must be balancing back out with the addition of this supplement.

I tried to take the pills multiple days in a row and I felt nauseous every time. I’m very disappointed.

Gummies are just so much easier to take. These really do improve my stress levels quickly and make me calm. Its very hard to explain .. its not like this ahh i feel so calm moment but more like you notice you have handled things much better or calmer than you would have before. I love this because i have a low tolerance and dont like to be sleepy. I would recommend these to everyone. i have already told my mother in law to try them. I did have a slight headache that lasted for a hour or two after digesting. Most importantly I felt at ease and relaxed it reduced my stress and anxiety levels!! I actually felt energized and had a burst of energy to tackle household chores and work projects.
