The taste is great, but it did nothing to help my sleep or my restlessness. Also I followed the instructions exactly and no matter what I tried I could never get the powder to dissolve completely even going so far as to use a mixer, so there’s always little white chunks at the bottom, which is annoying and I feel like I’m wasting product and money.

I suffer from anxiety and I wanted to try magnesium in powder and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it definitely helped me so much in sleeping wise to feeling better in the morning and I stopped having anxiety, I take two tbsp before bed with some water

Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is amazing! It taste great and I love adding it to my water and adding extra lemon! I never like magnesium because the taste is usually terrible but the raspberry lemon is fantastic! It’s truly a game changer! It also is good for a bowel movement. It does take effect quickly, so watch how much you take. I love this stuff!!

Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is the best tasting ever, I never like magnesium supplements for the reason that they tasted not pleasant, but Natural Vitality was a game changer. Just be careful with your first time dosage, take half the recommended dosage and work your way up just to be on the safe side, it has laxative properties.

I started using this at the 1 tsp level off and on. Once I began using it religiously and temping up to 2tsps,my menopausal hot flashes completely disappeared. I was having 8-14 per day/night for the last 4 years and thought it was just something I’d have to live with. No More. It’s really miraculous. I started taking it to help with regularity and it has also helped with that. 2 big problems, 1 easy solution and I love the Lemon Rasberry flavor.
