Did not expect a "vanilla honey" flavor to be this sour. It's extremely tart. I mean I get it, the supplement is magnesium citrate, but still. Maybe should have gone with a fruit flavor?

This fizzing powdered drink is fun & easy to mix up, tastes good and definitely does what it is advertised to do! It really does make me noticeably more calm and sleepy. Maybe TMI, but as a major bonus, it helps keep me “regular”, with great results in the morning as well.

I am a very active person, so taking this magnesium every night has really helped me to sleep better and relax at the end of the day. I love mixing it with warm water and sipping it like I would tea. It has made a NOTICEABLE difference and I'm so thankful I found this little "hack" for my routine. I was excited to see this flavor (+ L-Theanine! yay!). I decided to try it out as I'm in a heightened time of stress finding a new job and the dead of winter hits. This smells and tastes SO yummy! You can really taste the vanilla which is one of my favorite flavors. I add it to my wintery tea drinks. I've noticed I am able to stay more relaxed even when things are stressful.

It's subtle and not overpowering and the perfect combination of flavors. I typically take Calm in the evenings as it helps me wind down at the end of the work day. I feel less stressed and very relaxed after drinking it which has been helping me to sleep better too. I have taken it a few times during the work day on particularly stressful days and it has been a game changer in that regard and really helped me get through those tough days.

I've been enjoying this before bed to help me wind down from the day and really ground my body and thoughts before going to sleep. I've noticed a big difference in my mind activity as I'm falling asleep and I'm able to relax much easier which is helping me get better sleep as well.

I am self-employed so my days can be very hectic and cause my mind to run with all of the tasks I have to get done. I have been drinking it each night before bed. Bedtime is the time of day when I feel the most stressed and my mind runs wild. Since drinking CALM I have found it easier to calm my mind, easier to fall asleep, and I've woken up less throughout the night. I normally am not big on vanilla-flavored things, but was pleasantly surprised by this!!! The Honey-Vanilla combo is perfectly relaxing, subtle, and sweet. I loved it!
