I love these bars and always have them in my pantry. They are delicious! I find them extremely convenient for a quick snack, an on-the-go snack (always in my purse)and a delicious treat with a cup of tea. I have tried most of the flavors but love the raspberry and chocolate brownie the most. They are well wrapped, do not crumble, are not messy and stay fresh a long while.

Please substitute the cannola oil(an inflammatory oil) with a better more heart healthy, non inflammatory oil such as avocado .

I was on a bike ride the first time I had these. A friend shared the 2 pack for a quick snack. I was hooked. I eat the NB Fig Bars when I am off the bike now. Try other flavors like Blueberry and Raspberry too.

Listen, the fig bars themselves taste great and I love them. HOWEVER, They keep getting smaller and smaller and have physically shrunk, in size, twice in the year 2024. I will most likely not be purchasing anymore in the future. The shrinkflation has never been more obvious when the bags the fig bars come in remain the same size and you can now fold the bag in half, unopened, and not squish the product in any way. We notice what is being done.

These are a great alternative to big name brand snack bars. Unfortunately there is a significant amount of sugar and unknown ingredients… “natural flavor” Natural flavor mixtures can contain more than 100 chemicals, including solvents, emulsifiers, flavor enhancers, and preservatives. When I bought the Fig bars, at didn't like the fact the outer layer was thick, ( having been used to the old "fig newton" bars and I am trying to stay away from carbs). But they are quite tasty, although I still like a thinner wheat layer.
