I took a these gummies as directed for a little over a month. They did work for growing my nails and hair but I ended up with increased cystic acne and a rash on and around my eyebrows. After I stopped taking them, the rash went away and new acne stopped appearing. So while they work, the side effects outweigh the pros for me. Also, the taste wasn’t horrible but if you don’t like orange/citrus flavored products, you’ll probably not like the taste.

I've been fighting a nail that's been split down into my nail bed for a year now. I went through two bottles of another brand. Decided to try this after some other review I read and I'm so glad I did. Two weeks later and finally my nail has grown out past the nail bed. I'm going to look for other vitamins from this brand from now on.

I am wondering why the reviews are from so many years back. Is no one buying them anymore? I have used the product without the collagen and felt it made some improvement in my thinning hair. That's the main issue. Though I am quite frustrated at the moment, the simple push down and turn, turned into a battle with my palms sore and about to head to the garage for a hammer, when it finally loosened. Now the lid will sit on the top. I was going to read the information printed on the side but that's hilarious. I have 20/20 vision and if I had loads of time and a large magnifying glass I might be able to get through it eventually.

So far, the taste isn’t AMAZING but it’s good. For those complaining that the amount of biotin is giving them issues, that’s impossible. Your body flushes out what you don’t need. Drink water and please, look up *EXACTLY* how much water you should be drinking to make sure you aren’t just harboring too much of anything else. As for the lack of results, genetics and diet play a role as well. You can’t just take gummies and expect magic to happen lol. Be realistic, be patient and if you continue to see no improvement, get tests done and see if there could be an underlying condition.

Significantly reduced hair shedding noticed since starting these and the taste is great. Scalp health is also crucial so if you are shedding hair more as you get older try some scalp shampoo products in addition to this to help. Excessive oily scalp, dandruff, etc can fuel hair loss if your scalp is unhealthy and with buildup. These do come all stuck together but you can still pick them apart. Annoying but no big deal. Nails have grown longer as well.

I have massive cystic acne bumps on my chin and I know it is because of this product. Yes my nails are extremely long, but it’s not worth it to have bad skin. 40 days of taking these gummies and it gave me acne. I am stopping taking these. Also noticed no difference in my hair.

Taste is fine. Definitely recommend getting them in the store so you can see if they are old and stuck together or a fresh bottle. Took these consistently for 3 months and while I saw no negative effects I also saw no positives. No improvement in nails. Still weak and break easy. Skin has stayed the same as well as hair. Will switch back to the more expensive product I was using before.

They were all stuck together. I couldn’t even get my little hand inside the bottle to get them. tasted disgusting as well when I prevailed . It’s sort of what I’d imagine old, dried up bubble gum on the bottom of a chair would taste like. And there’s a bio - engineered ingredient .
