A: I actually saw the difference within a week of taking the pills. I gave them to my 18 yr old daughter and she noticed a difference in about a week as well.
submitted byDonnaB - 7 years agoA: After about a month, I saw an improvement. But it wasn't until about 3 months that there was a noticeable difference with me. I'm older, in my fifties, so that may have something to do with it. But my hair is thicker and longer now, as it was in my younger years.

A: I doubt if there would be a problem taking all three at the same time. Because I take a lot of meds I only took one or two a day and never bought the item again. I found a once a day product which I am currently trying from Target.

A: Iciest took 3 with cold water and got nausea now I take them with warm water and have had no problems
submitted byCocopuff - 5 years agoA: Yes. You may want to start out taking only one per day, gradually increasing to three per day, if you can tolerate it. I have found I become nauseated if I take more than two per day, though others have no problem taking three. It takes several months before most people see results, so if you aren't seeing any improvement after ~60 days, you may want to try to increase to the full dose if you can tolerate it.

I used to use this brand quite often but after taking a closer look at the supplement facts it’s a hard pass. Daily recommendation for Vitamin A for hair growth is 700mcg for women, anything over that CAUSES hair loss. This formula has 800mcg OVER that. Also, the high amount of B12 can cause your urine to be bright yellow. The pills themselves also leave a fishy taste in your mouth for hours.
I love the product 2 pill a day.

I can take them in the morning when I wake up and do not get sick or anything by the time I eat breakfast! I have gotten sick from many vitamins but not these. My skin is glowing and I love them! Easy to swallow, the pills don’t stink. My legs were looking dull and old and almost had little skin bumps or like red bumps on my legs and everything has been amazing since starting these.

Does exactly what it says! The ingredients in here have frozen effects on your hair, skin and nails. You will definately see growth in your nails, due to the biotin. There is a definate glow in my skin, and my hair is feeling less dense, and has a little more bounce to it. This is also a great value!

I’ve been using this supplement for over a year. I thought it was working but wasn’t sure until my stylist said “your hair is getting thicker, especially in the back”. That was around the six-month mark. It does take time. This is in addition to getting my hair trimmed about every 2-3 months and I rarely use heat on it. I also just started using Olaplex No. 7 oil after its dry mid to ends. My hair is now past my shoulders and I’m in my mid 50s.

I took these soft gels for about 2 weeks as instructed. Shortly after I started taking them I started also having stomach issues like bloating and pain. I found that they contain soy oil and soy lecithin which I am very sensitive to so I have stopped taking them and my symptoms subsided. I wish there was a version that was soy free.
