A: I actually saw the difference within a week of taking the pills. I gave them to my 18 yr old daughter and she noticed a difference in about a week as well.

A: I doubt if there would be a problem taking all three at the same time. Because I take a lot of meds I only took one or two a day and never bought the item again. I found a once a day product which I am currently trying from Target.

A: Iciest took 3 with cold water and got nausea now I take them with warm water and have had no problems
submitted byCocopuff - 5 years agoA: Yes. You may want to start out taking only one per day, gradually increasing to three per day, if you can tolerate it. I have found I become nauseated if I take more than two per day, though others have no problem taking three. It takes several months before most people see results, so if you aren't seeing any improvement after ~60 days, you may want to try to increase to the full dose if you can tolerate it.

A: To tell you the truth, I just take them out and pop them in my mouth after a meal..(breakfast).Says you have to take 3... I've been taking them for a couple months...What I do now is I take them every other day and the day I don't take them, I take one Super B complex along with a multivitamin...I have to say, my nails grow like weeds and really strong but I'm yet to see a real difference in my hair but I do see it growing at a faster rate...I placed another order because I don't want to run out. Hope this helps

I can take them in the morning when I wake up and do not get sick or anything by the time I eat breakfast! I have gotten sick from many vitamins but not these. My skin is glowing and I love them! Easy to swallow, the pills don’t stink. My legs were looking dull and old and almost had little skin bumps or like red bumps on my legs and everything has been amazing since starting these.

Does exactly what it says! The ingredients in here have frozen effects on your hair, skin and nails. You will definately see growth in your nails, due to the biotin. There is a definate glow in my skin, and my hair is feeling less dense, and has a little more bounce to it. This is also a great value!

I’ve been using this supplement for over a year. I thought it was working but wasn’t sure until my stylist said “your hair is getting thicker, especially in the back”. That was around the six-month mark. It does take time. This is in addition to getting my hair trimmed about every 2-3 months and I rarely use heat on it. I also just started using Olaplex No. 7 oil after its dry mid to ends. My hair is now past my shoulders and I’m in my mid 50s.

I took these soft gels for about 2 weeks as instructed. Shortly after I started taking them I started also having stomach issues like bloating and pain. I found that they contain soy oil and soy lecithin which I am very sensitive to so I have stopped taking them and my symptoms subsided. I wish there was a version that was soy free.

Saw a big change in my skin after about 2 weeks. Change in my nails and hair in about 1-2 months. It’s now been around 6 months and my hair breaks off a lot less and is very healthy. They have a fishy odor but that’s the only downside. I take them at night with a small snack so they don’t upset my stomach.
