This is a good product for removing doh urine and the odor. But it was damaged during shipping. This has happened for every other shipment I receive and I let them know But I continue to receive poorly packaged and damaged items every other shipment. I would shop in store but my local target never has anything or they are stocking shelves when shopping.

My dog likes to mark my really nice, upholstered chair. 🙄. I tried using a Little Green Machine with a pet formula cleaner and it did nothing for the smell, even with cleaning it 4 times. I saturated it with this and it got rid of the smell completely! I like the scent, it smells fresh and clean.

The intensity of the smell makes me physically sick- my nose starts to itch, I get a headache, and feel like throwing up. And it lasts for hours. We will toss out the remaining of the bottle and never buy this again.

I'm glad it removed the strong pee smell from the rug. It could be in combination with fully rinsing the rug and using a carpet cleaner, but that alone wasn't doing the job before. This didn't remove any of the color from my black rug so extra points for that. My only complaint is the smell. I'd enjoy an unscented version more. I now associate the smell of the rug with pee cleaner. Not my favorite.

We used to buy Nature's Miracle when our old dogs were young and had occasional accidents ansd it was fantastic. Recently purchased for use now that we have new puppies and I can't get over how awful the perfume scent is. It is so overpowering that we almost gag on it and it barely fades after several hours or with the windows open. There are hundreds of posts on the manufacturer website all complaining about the new scent. I poured it out and will not purchase this again no matter how well it may work because the scent is just foul, I would rather smell dog pee if that were my only option. Fortunately, I found another product made by someone else that smells like oranges and is a huge improvement. What a silly way to ruin a great product.

I have used Nature's Miracle for years and always loved that it did a good job and had a soft baby powder smell to it. I recently bought Urine Remover thinking I was buying the original stain & odor remover. It was the only product the store had. The smell of the parfum was so overwhelming that I started sneezing. I had tried to treat a pee spot on a throw rug, but ended up having to throw the whole thing in the washer. The cleaning rag that I blotted it up with had such a strong smell that it spread to the rest of the items it was washed with. I can't return it because I don't have the receipt anymore. Had to throw a full bottle out. I would not recommend anyone buy this particular product because of the smell.
