We love how reliable it is, especially this time of year as the snow melts and the mud appears. My dog drags so much mud into the house and it’s a pain trying to keep it clean but not anymore! I also love that it works on multiple surfaces, if my dog manages to get the mud past the hallway I can still get the mud out of the couch, carpet, etc!

It seems like it worked at first, but then a few days went by and I could still smell it. Cleaned the same spot again, still an issue. I’m going to just spend the money for a carpet steamer. I also tried their other products, like “no more spraying” and it doesn’t work whatsoever.

Our new dog, who was rehomed by his previous owners, had a bad habit of marking in the house. This spray is *amazing* at getting the stain and smell out of fabrics! I’ve used it on carpet, fabric storage bins, tote bags, and honestly on some toys and the walls too (it was pretty bad in the beginning). I can't tell if it really removed the smell of our dogs urine, or if it just masked the smell with this awful order. I mean, it smells better than urine, but the smell is SO strong it almost makes you light headed. Had to abandon downstairs for like a week and the smell was still there. Worse than bleach. Pee-you!!

I’ve been using this product for years and while the product itself is good, the spray bottle is terrible! The majority of pet stains/accidents are going to be on the floor so why they put their product in a bottle that only works when perfectly upright is beyond me. If you tilt the bottle downward even the slightest bit it refuses to spray. I’ve resorted to just opening the bottle and dumping a little bit of liquid onto the floor because it will not spray for anything. A real shame.

So I will say that it gets rid of the cat smell almost instantly, and it stays gone for a couple of hours. But after they the urine smell is back.

Does not work. I have a pet that has accidents often so I bought this in attempts to get rid of the smell. Regretfully the smell still lingers no matter how many times I go over the spots with this. Won't buy again.
