I love this cereal, however, the box is smaller than it used to be, and the contents keep dwindling. The last box was more crumbles than flakes. Same with Heritage flakes.

I noticed this at some point in the past and it is observed regardless of the source including online from Nature's Path. I am on the verge of abandoning the product and company despite being a loyal consumer for a long time.

I usually buy the Flax Plus Maple Pecan Crunch at Sprouts (4 boxes) every week. Yesterday I opened a box only to find the inner pouch has been opened already!!! Eewww. Disgusting. A whole box thrown out.

The case that I received recently has a definite change in content from my previous experience. The proportion of flakes to the other ingredients is significantly diminished after testing 2 of my 12 boxes in this shipment. I have to wonder if there is some sort of product/ingredient shortage that led to this change. Definitely adversely affects the overall desirably of the product.

This is my absolute favorite cereal on the market but few stores carry it and when they do, only a couple boxes. Its just a great hearty, crunchy cereal that isn't not too sweet but still has plenty of flavor. I like having extra boxes because whenever I have company, they can't stop eating it either...even when they profess they "don't eat cereal".
