I’ve even tried other melatonin gummies before but these ones actually worked. I was skeptical at first but when I woke up,I felt refreshed and felt like I had actually gotten some good decent sleep. I like that they’re berry flavored and don’t taste disgusting. I would recommend these for people who have occasional sleep issues. Definitely not to take every night but once in a while.

I typically use a much more expensive brand of melatonin gummies and while I find those more effective, the Ntures Truth gummies did help me sleep. The texture was nice and the flavor was overall pretty good. I prefer my other gummies, but I like that these are less expensive and more accessible. I will definitely consider purchasing the Natures Truth melatonin gummies.

I often have a hard time falling asleep but these help to set my sleep schedule if I take them a couple times a month.

Some nights it will knock me out and other nights It will have a reverse effect where I sleep for an hour or two and I cannot fall back asleep. The packaging was good. I like the bright colors.

Right at the end of chewing, you get a bitter taste. I solved this by eating two regular gummy bears after. It took effect pretty quickly and was very relaxing. I will definitely use these.

I've recently gotten back into the habit of going to the gym (heavy on the caffeine) and on top of work and being a mom I'm just ALWAYS on the go. Whether it's coffee or pre workout or redbull or whatever dose of caffeine is getting me through the day it sometimes becomes a challenge to turn it off at night. This melatonin gummy tastes great, works fast, and doesn't leave me feeling groggy or disoriented in the morning. Thumbs up
