I like the flavor . It’s fruity and I must say the best tasting gummy melatonin I tried. It’s affordable. I dislike the packaging. 😂 smaller bottle for 28 gummies please.

Delicious melatonin gummies! So yummy! I take them an hour before my sleep goal time. I am a monster without sleep and while assistance isn't ideal, these work like a charm. Melatonin is necessary to detox the brain and it's a naturally made hormone we make in our bodies. Careful on use with kiddos as there are studies relaying that it messes with their hormones...

So I was reluctant to try these but I’m glad I did cause I have noticed after using them for about 2 weeks I’m sleeping better. It didn’t happen right away but it’s working.
