I’ve noticed that they help me fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning. Knowing that they contain elderberry extract for immune support is an added bonus, especially during the flu season. Though with any melatonin gummies it is better not to take them everyday. I only take them when I don’t feel very well or need to sleep earlier.

I slept within an hour (the label says to take 30-60 minutes before bed). Needless to say, it works. However, 4 hours later, I did wake up and stay up…jet lag. My illness continued its course, so I cannot say anything about its immunity factor. Tastes and smells like a gusher without the gooey filling.
Wonderful ritual before bed! Good taste and ingredients

I don’t really notice a difference in my sleep but I haven’t gotten sick or anything. The packaging is cute and a good amount of gummies come in the bottle. I would repurchase as its a good ritual to take them- makes me feel better!

After researching the ingredients(like I know we all do) we have come to love these gummies! We just purchased a second bottle. The best tho g about these gummies is they don’t give you intense dream like normal sleep aids would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these gummies somewhat regularly and I feel that while they did make me feel sleepy, they didn’t help me to stay awake at all and I woke up several times throughout the night. They definitely have a slightly medicinal taste and the texture wasn’t my favorite for a gummy. I think that as far as value, I didn’t get what I needed from these because they did not improve the longevity of my sleep.

I don’t like melatonin cause I feel groggy next day but with this gummies I feel fine next day.

The L-Theanine complements the melatonin nicely, so I’m getting the sleepiness from the melatonin and the relaxation from L-Theanine. I’m not sure if I’ve seen any improvement to my immune system, but the sambucus adds a really nice flavor! The gummies aren’t too sweet, which is really nice. Overall, I’d recommend them!

The directions say to take 2 gummies, but I found 1 worked perfectly for me. At times I’d even take just a half of 1 gummy, never woke up groggy or untreated the next day. Will 100% purchase these!
