Q: What type of Magnesium are in the vitamins? I see L-threonate is listed separately from Magnesium, and L-threonate is a form of magnesium.

I received this as a free gift with another order. I thought I’d give it a try while traveling as that’s when I have the most difficulty sleeping. I was amazed and most pleased with the results! Slept through the night when I usually toss and turn due to being overtired and in a foreign environment. It will definitely be my “go to” when on the road spending the night in hotels. It will also be handy at home on those nights I can’t get my brain to disengage.

Tried these on a whelm and had no problem falling asleep, they worked find for the first few days. By the end of the week, I would wake two hours later unable to fall back asleep. It took a few days to get back to my normal waking up in the middle of the night, but falling back asleep. To finish off the bottle. They’ll only be used when I am able to take a nap.

I'm not sure this product is right for me. While it contains ingredients known to be conducive to sleep (L-theanine, magnesium and melatonin), trouble is the first time I tried it, I woke up with a terrible dry mouth. Due I believe to way too much sugar included in the recipe, as in glucose syrup, sugar and dextrose. I'm already prediabetic, so if you could leave all that stuff out, or at least offer a diabetic version, I think that would improve things. Thank you.

I actually really enjoyed these I think they helped relax me and help sleep more restful at night. I like the concept of these because I feel better that It has additional ingredients aside to melatonin.

I've been using Sleep & Recover for quite a while now -- the old formulation with the yellow label. It works great -- better than any other melatonin formulation. But this is the first time we got the new version in the bottle with the white and blue label. It still works great, but the consistency and taste of the new gummies are terrible. It's a weird dense and extra chewy consistency with an unpleasant, bitter taste. I hope I can find this in a pill version or in another brand -- I'm not picky at all and can handle most unpleasant tastes if I need to, but this really is terrible. I can't believe it got through trials tasting like this.

I have trouble falling asleep sometimes--tired but not necessarily sleepy. I take two of these, get in bed, and read until I'm sleepy (usually between 20-40 minutes). They work wonderfully for me, and they taste good (not unlike Swedish Fish or Dots). A good nght's sleep is priceless so they could honestly charge me whatever...they work!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this really needs to be tried by anyone needing to feel more calm! Releases my tension. Calms me. I’ve tried many kinds of melatonin and magnesium on their own. But this combo with L-theanine is amazing. I’ve never felt more calm even during the day time hours long after taking it. It seems to have helped my anxiety. If you want some help to feel more at peace, give it a try!
