Two pills is crazy and they’re both huge. Other brands only require you to take one pill at a time. I’ve also had one of the pills get lodged in my throat for a solid five minutes. Very uncomfortable! Not at all easy to get these down. And the fishy burps afterwards are rancid. Literally makes me nauseous. I guess if you’re trying to lose weight and don’t want to have an appetite because of the constant fish burps this is the way to go.

ONE OF THE HUGE MINUS IS THAT IT HAS PORCINE GELATINE!!At first I didn't know, as I thought the number 1 pharmacist-recommended product should not have porcine ingredients. But it turns out it has.

The first bottle I bought was great. I stored it in the fridge and was able to finish the pills with no issue. The second bottle (also stored in the fridge) developed a rancid smell after about two weeks and had to be thrown out.

I take these since I’m breastfeeding. I’m definitely reaping the omega 3 benefits from it. I’ve been reading articles about how small traces of this does go through breast milk and that it is good for the baby in supporting brain development etc. Google it!

I cannot believe this has such high reviews. There is a fishy taste and smell that even permeates a pill box when the fish oil pills are gone. I used to use a much better brand with lemon capsules, but I wasn’t able to find it at Target last time.
