I wish the FDA would regulate supplements. For the longest time I couldn’t figure out why I was having muscle pain and spasms. Then I stopped taking this and the problem stopped. Many of the inactive ingredients in this supplement (and others) can cause adverse reactions like inflammation, increased allergies, and digestive imbalance.

I haven’t been taking these long enough to notice a difference in the way I feel, but I just wanted to mention that these are very easy to swallow! So many calcium + magnesium supplements are HUGE and I was terrified to swallow them but these are very manageable :)

Great product! The only complain is the pills are not swallow-friendly! Not sure why the pills is made with 'SHARP' edge which is not throat-friendly. I wish the pills is full round shape so that it will scratch my throat!
