Q: Why is there too much Vitamin A (toxic in large doses) and not enough Vitamin D (which half the people in the Northern Hemisphere don't get from sunlight in the winter months?) I was looking for the regular Adult multi. Will not be buying this version!

My doctor recommended a multi vitamin l I tried several that caused all kinds of discomfort. I have been talking the Nature Made Gummies with Omega 3 for women for awhile now. I have had great success and I do believe that I feel better. Since they are chewable gummies, they taste great.

I began taking these vitamins for the past 2 weeks and felt good initially aside from the sugary flavor. However, I noticed unusual hair loss, I normally do not have this issue and for the last few days I was losing chunks and strands of hair, especially after I showered. I started wondering what was causing my hair loss and remembered that the only thing I added to my routine was these vitamins. As I saw in a few reviews these gummies contain a large dose of Vitamin A, which if it’s consumed in large quantities causes hair loss as one of the side effects. Just beware that this can happen.

Honest review after 2 months: Obviously I know these are not top of the line best vitamins you can buy, but I DO feel they have helped! Love the price! I used to feel weak and lightheaded at times, that doesn’t happen much anymore. Another tip is to drink the right amount of water each day, that is how your skin will have a nice glow. Plus what good are any vitamins if you’re not even hydrated? So anyways. This is a nice little vitamin and I know it works because I’ve been consistently taking them for 2+ months, repurchased 3-4 times already. They taste great, I always eat them with a light breakfast in the morning.

Quality vitamins that truly do the job! Well worth the money, especially when you compare the higher quality of each vitamin compared to the competition. The only thing I don’t like is the lemon flavor gummy. It’s bitter. Otherwise, superb.

I love Nature Made, but why is the only product in this category ( Women's Multi + Omega 3) absolutely saturated in sugar? 4 grams total sugar in a daily dose. While 1 tsp may not seem like much, it's still sugar without purpose. I'm now back on the hunt for a Women's multi gummy with Omega 3 because these are just WAY too sweet.

I’ve been on these vitamins plus omega for about 6 months per my dr because my triglycerides have been running high! With that being said after my latest bloodwork in January my triglycerides have lowered by 70 points! So I will continue taking these for my health!
