[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture and taste of it is actually really not bad which likely compare to gummy. It does help you to fall asleep very soon, but not a good sleep, you would dreamed a lot and wake up after 3-4 hours.

She likes the fact that they’re chews, said the taste is good but why did they put them in the huge bottle. She has taken melatonin before so she knew what to expect. She would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of this is great. My kids and I took this when we went on a trip to Japan, and it worked good and quickly. It actually doesn’t taste that bad either. I’ll definitely recommend this if you’re having problems sleeping.

I wasn’t in desperate need of these as I don’t always have trouble falling asleep. The first few days I took these, I was waking up in the middle of the night which wasn’t normal. However, after that I thought they were helping me go to sleep. Overall, liked them by the end !

I know it seems like taste shouldn’t be super important for a supplement, but it REALLY is. Think about it… if you’re not willing to suffer through chewing up and swallowing a foul-tasting gummy, you’re not going to take them for long, right? Fortunately that’s not the case at all here - they smell and taste like cherries. Excellent, natural way to help ease yourself to sleep - just be sure to test them on a night before you have something important to do the next day! Dosage will vary from person to person, so the first couple nights will need to teach you how they work for you.

I was able to fall asleep in no time. These smell like gummies for kids and taste like regular snack which makes you feel you don’t actually take a pill to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Nature Made Time Release Melatonin 3mg Gummies from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. These gummies seemed to work well. I took one before bed as directed and had no trouble falling asleep. I stayed asleep for the most part and slept longer than I have in months, which was a noticeable improvement. The gummies have a soft texture with a cherry flavor, though I found the taste somewhat reminiscent of an alcoholic Jell-O shot. One downside for me is that they contain gelatin when they could easily be made with a plant-based alternative like tapioca. I would have preferred a vegan-friendly option that excludes animal-derived ingredients. While the product was effective, I wouldn’t personally recommend it due to the inclusion of gelatin, as there are other plant-based melatonin options available.
Cherry flavor is eh, otherwise great!

The tase in these is more like medicine cherry. The texture feels like a regular gummy candy. You are really getting more than your money worth. Very simple and clear instructions print on very standard packaging love that it have a safety cap to keep kids out getting into them.

I was very excited to try these new Nature Made Time Release Melatonin gummies. Each gummy has 3mg of melatonin. These melatonin gummies are cherry flavored. I’m not a big fan of the flavor. The cherry taste is a little strong for my liking; however, I do appreciate that the gummies aren’t covered in sugar. The texture of the gummies is pretty soft and thankfully, I didn’t find that they stuck to my teeth. I took one gummy before bedtime and found that it pretty quickly made me nod off. Generally, I have a lot of trouble falling asleep, so I was impressed that these gummies were able to help me. I also didn’t experience any drowsiness the next day, which is another plus! The container of gummies comes with 60 total, which is helpful to not have to buy them as often. I appreciate that Nature Made advertises that this product contains no artificial flavors, no synthetic dyes, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners and is gluten free. Overall, I feel like you get great value for your money and that these gummies were pretty effective. My only request would be for Nature Made to make a variety different flavors.

If you like cherry you will love these but I’ve been taking this brand for years in the strawberry flavor and I prefer the taste of the strawberry. This would be a good first try in sleep aids as melatonin is natural and can be beneficial. If taking every day they stay fresh enough where it’s not gross to chew on, but not as chewy and soft as first purchasing them. If you’re not taking them every day I would just keep that in mind because they will get harder as they are opened. They do last well though in weekly pill containers as well. Overall I’ll stick to the strawberry flavor but the cherry is just as good for you cherry lovers.

It's a smaller gummy, easy to chew, and it tastes good. As far as effectiveness, I would say that they were helpful. Some nights I just lay in bed with so much on my mind I have difficulty falling asleep. I felt like on the evenings I took the gummies I was able to relax and fall asleep more easily.
