i love how i do not wake up drowsy with these. they also do not give me nightmares, they make me sleepy within 30 mins which is amazing since i struggle really bad with sleep anxiety. i high recommend these!!!

It's chewable and has a great strawberry flavor. I have a problem swallowing pills and this works for me. I like that it's free of artificial sweeteners and there's no high fructose corn syrup added to it. I take it it 1 hour before bedtime and it will help you fall asleep in no time. It also gives me a restfull sleep with no interuption. I am so well rested that gives me more energy to work. This will be my go to melatonin from now on.

I wish they just used natural fruit sugars or natural sugars. I do notice I am able to fall asleep a little quicker, but not stay asleep as long. Overall, they do an okay job.

I take one and about a half hr to an hour I'm an starting to feel tired. I love that these just help you to fall asleep but doesn't knock you completely out like some other sleep aids. And you don't feel groggy the next day. They are 100% drug free so it's just the melatonin. This package comes with 70 gummies so it will last a few months and the gummies are soft and taste good.

They took a little bit of time, but I did end up feeling sleepy after about an hour or so. The only problem I have with melatonin is that it doesn’t keep me sleeping throughout the night. If you need something to help you fall asleep then these would be perfect for you.

These are just the right amount and I get a nice pleasant drift off to sleep. Love the strawberry gummy flavor. They only thing I might change is make the dose smaller, but I can cut it in half of I need to.

I start to feel sleepy right around the hour mark, and it definitely helps to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. I did wake up one or two of the mornings a little drowsy, which I am not sure the gummies attributed to, but I did take note of it for the future. Overall, these taste great and definitely work to allow for a better night's sleep.
