Natures Truth fast dissolve tablets B12 5,000 mcg natural berry flavor. I take B12 because I have a hard time getting enough in my diet. These tablets are simple to use, have a better than you would expect taste with flavors of berry. The lid is easy to pop open and dispense tablet. These are also Gluten free and vegan.

I don’t experience the headache and nausea with this one. It very gently and easy to take without the ash smells and horrible taste. And the best part is that it doesn’t break your bank account. I take a medication that depletes my B-12 so this is a fun and tasty way to keep my health right on track. Did you know that in S. Korea when you feel sick they give you a shot of B-12 to help you feel better? I'm definitely a fan.

Nature’s Truth supplements are fully verifies, with their facilities and operations randomly audited FDA and independent third parties. It can be really hard to know for sure that supplements include what they say, so I appreciate the verifications. The only thing I didn’t like was that the label came off the bottle when I removed the top piece.
